I ordered from DoorDash my ice melted in my drink and my drink taste like terrible my food looks like terrible not only did they make my dasher wait 20 minutes they said it was coming out fresh to my dasher it’s clearly old the McDonald’s is 6 minutes from my house no way it got this bad in 6 minutes and half of my drink is missing I called ahead of time to make sure that they didn’t give me a Diet Coke like they did last time and they just decide to mess up my whole entire order. I really don’t recommend this McDonald’s don’t go here ew I mean like are we serious right now

Made an online order they blocked all the exits had cones blocking the entrance and exit. Now I have to refund my order and its supposed to be open its 24hours this location so the workers are being lazy. Close IF YOUR CLOSED they are just milking the clock its only 2:18am. HOPE CORPORATE SEES THIS. THEY ARE STEALING TIME BLOCKED THE ENTRANCE AND EXITS WHILE ON THE CLOCK ON A 24HR LOCATION. TODAY IS JUNE 23RD 2026.

I received my order without the burger.🤣🤣🤣

Self serve to order. No one rushed to counter. Food was below my standards. Chicken was over cook

They are the absolute worse for attitude and customer service, they ALWAYS park you in the drive thru no matter what you order and then take 10 minutes to bring it to you, so much for FAST food... they are rude and have no customer service qualities what so ever!

If I could give zero stars I would because the general manager Ulian is the worst example ever of ever being a leader in the Industry. He is the rudest and most condescending person I have ever run into. I definitely won’t be coming back there ever again. This experience is the wrist I’ve ever had and I’ve been going to McDonald’s for many years, and if they are letting people like Ulian The general store manager run things we are all doomed. He’s horrible and should be fired!

Hello, good afternoon. I stopped by this McDonald’s this afternoon to make a purchase. The older gentleman working at the first window has a very poor attitude toward customers; he is a condescending person. The young women working there, however, are very pleasant. I have been coming to this McDonald’s for a long time. I am a resident of the area, and I have never experienced any kind of issue here before.

It seems like every time I go here they ether don't give me all the food or they give me the opposite of what I ordered like on onion and no mustard and they put it on the burger every time
