If I could rate this store lower I would - EVERY time I go there my order is incorrect and then the staff and especially the manager on duty, the one in the mobility chair, does absolutely nothing to fix the order. I waited 40min in a line of cars for them to give exactly what I didn't order and when I told them, they tell me I have to go back through the line and reorder. This place is disorganized, terrible costumer service and the food is always cold when you recive it. It looked like total chaos with the staff in the window. Do yourself a favor and don't waste you money or time on this failing store and franchise. Go down the street to Wawa instead!! 100% terrible and aggravating

2 times I go here and they make the order how they want I order a sausage, egg, and cheese and I was missing the eggs and the cheese straight plain like come on guys pay attention

I placed my order through the drive through for breakfast I asked for a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle and a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The staff messed up and gave me 2 McGriddles I tell them the order is incorrect and they gave me a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. How incompetent is the staff here. My mistake for giving them the benefit of the doubt and no checking it again. This is why you don’t deserve more than minimum wage for your minimum effort.

This McDonald’s is so rude. If you show up first in the drive thru don’t expect to be taken first. They don’t care and they suck at customer service and their food sucks. The only time I have ever enjoyed coming here is a single employee who is always nice to me and my husband but everyone else is so rude. Just know to expect the worst coming here.

How convenient that their "system is down" every day between Dinner and Breakfast and yet they can still take cash transactions despite that also requiring the system to be up. Also the know the exact time the system is going to come back up? I haven't gone to mcdonald's in a long time and I will now continue to not go

Gave this place another shot, after the last time the service was just to bad I said I would never eat here again. Tried again this morning, nope still horrible service, horrible management that does not care about the customers. This place needs to be shut down or sold and put under new ownership. I have traveled the world and been to McDonald’s across the globe and this place is the worse service I have ever experienced. They have no idea what they are doing there, employees eating food in the back while customers are waiting more than 30 min for a breakfast sandwich DURING BREAKFAST HOURS. Again shut this place down before it’s too late.

Had to come to this McDonalds on 4/29/26 at around 11:00pm, after the one I go to was closed, the lady and the guy in the drive thru were really nice but whoever was in the kitchen was not, my order was all messed up, I had to go around and order AGAIN after having 5/6 cars behind me, so of course by the time I got home all the food was cold, this is a disaster, if there was more staff this will 100% be preventable, oh btw it’s been like 2 hours and my order is still showing in the app like is in process :) so thanks, I spend $25 and I was able to just take a couple of bites since everything else was made wrong.

Fui a comprar con mi cuñada y pedimos 2 órdenes, yo pedí una cheeseburger con papas y Coca-Cola, mi cuñada pidió unos wraps combo con papas y bebida y no le dieron la bebida, ella pidió bbq para su orden, y para la mía les pedí cuando me la entregaron y me dijeron que tenía que pagar extra por UNA bbq ? Cuando estábamos pidiendo la orden, la repetimos como 6 veces sin exagerar, y venían personas diferentes a tomar la orden porque estaban dando a entender que no sabíamos hablar inglés, like dude??? Mal servicio en este McDonald’s y todos los que estaban en drive thru pesimos para servicio 👎🏻

Listen to this one, i can't believe they did this. We ordered egg and cheese only McMuffin, they gave us sausage, we asked them to fix the order, they wanted to throw away the sandwich we touched instead of letting us have it and when we complained and even after saying ok that's fine, gave them back the wrong sandwich to throw out, and said just give us the right sandwich, we were made out to be a bad customer and they refused to serve my 76 year old diabetic mother her food all together. this was horrible customer service and we will post the recording on social media.

They told me wait outside number 4 I was waiting 30 minutes after they don’t give me food finally I take refund money back

I’ve been coming here for years and I never had so many issues like I have nowadays. At this location ever since the Asian manager (I don’t know his name) has been working here, all I have is issues. I get it, pricing has gone up and now you even charge for sauce. It went from 23 cents to 27 cents to only when he’s working 53 cents and when you look at the receipt it literally says 2 sauces (double the charge) you only get one and they give you a small container. Unless you’re pouring double the amount you shouldn’t charge double for it. The guy at the window even apologized because they usually don’t do that. 53 cents for a bit of sauce is ridiculous. I don’t know if it’s me, but every time he’s there and he sees my name my order is either messed up or I get an up charge on sauce. I purchase here almost every week and I pay a lot of money. It’s not like I’m asking just for sauce. Even when I’m told there’s a charge I say “that’s fine”. Why is it that I ordered Large fries (3) and I received what looked like small fries and even then the small fries bag was filled in its entirety while the Large fries were empty. What the hell is going on with this place? Is it because I used a 20% off that you remove 20% of the fries now? What’s the purpose of the app if it’s only going to cause problems with the restaurant/franchise. Also, I attempted to call the location 4 times to speak to a manager and the operator said “I’m sorry your call did not go through, please try again later.”…
