MCDONALDS #17998

This review is to serve as a time stamp for receipt# _4_ on 06/28/2026 at inside visit during 10:__ pm. This PM crew were not on point with the marks of temperature and quality that McDonald's is known for. Tried to call Manager about issues on this order, no one picks up the phone. This was my go to McDonald's but lately the atmosphere and culture are of a "Don't care" attitude. I'll be speaking to the store manager about this situation. I don't appreciate being deceived or being lied to. I have the receipt to provide proof. PC-

Who was great service is great 10 out of 10

Been coming here 3 years, big fan tbh

Got a deluxe chicken sandwich opened it up and the bread was moldy. Be sure to check your food before eating.

Change your 24hour sign, have come multiple occasion between 3am and 6am and everyone you’re closed or “systems are down”. Sell the franchise Luis or hire a better operator.

Terrible service but good food

Went through the drive thru at 2 they were nice but when I got home meat on my quarter ponder was pink and my hamburger didn’t have anything on it but onions, this isn’t the first time the meat was pink went with a group and all four of us had this same issue, get better cooks. Reporting to the Florida health department.

The food is amazing and fresh and the server and the manager are really nice and hardworking and they are a good accent to their company and they always get my order right and they always hook me up and i get this location a 10/10 i am definitely always going to this mcdonald's for realll!?!??💘💘🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

I came into this McDonald's for the first time to order a McMuffin with a coffee and to tell you that they cook the muffin to perfection for me this morning like no other store has done in years the staff at the window who presented me with my coffee did a great job attending me and the coffee was super good thank you guys for taking care of your customers and making sure that the food is cooked and prepped right

The fries are always soggy. This place seriously needs a new manager.

Service was slow.. I stood for 2 minutes without anyone responding to me at the cashier... mobile order was not working.... iced coffee took almost 10 minutes to prepare and finally when I asked they made it right away...It's hot on sunny fay probably due to all the windows

I go to this drive through every now and then when I miss breakfast otw to work, I ask for one thing an egg sausage and cheese biscuit. They will give me everything but that every single time and no way to get a hold of them or get the issue fixed smh.
