Choices are excellent. There is something for everyone. This one is really clean, and the employee is always helpful with the kids. It's pricey so that why 4 stars.

Good place to stop for self serve yogurt. Has any toppings you want. I recommend the "German chocolate cake" flavor. Out of the flavors I picked the german was tastiest.

The elderly woman working at the register has given me and my friends a hard time for probably our last 10 visits. we are regulars we would say we come here about once a week. Granted the froyo is amazing, the customer service aspect (just her) of this place ruins our visit. My friends sometimes don’t want to purchase something when I do and just get ONE sample (and they are never separate purchases) However, apparently that’s “not allowed“ but the website itself of Menchie’s states that it is completely. She then threatened to ban one of my friends indefinitely if it “happened again” but he has come in once prior after she claimed to have seen him “many times”. I’ve also been observing the difference in respect between my friends and I against other customers and it seems as if she definitely seems to have something against us. We are really not stingy with our money and always always buy something when we come!!! This is so upsetting.

I had one of the most humiliating customer service experiences I’ve ever had here. I ran into the store because a bee was chasing me outside and I was trying to avoid getting stung. As I came inside, I noticed an employee laughing about the situation with a customer. When I explained that I had nearly been stung by a bee, he laughed again and said, “Oh really?” in a mocking tone. It was incredibly embarrassing to realize that an employee was making fun of a customer’s situation instead of helping or showing basic courtesy. Good customer service costs nothing, but basic respect apparently does not exist here. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

This is the best yogurt shop around. Super clean, everyone who works there is so nice, the selection of yogurt and toppings is amazing, and the taste is absolutely delicious. My wife and little girl will not let me drive past without stopping in! Do yourself a favor and treat yourself!

I had a very disappointing experience here late at night with a group of friends. There was a table of sample cups available, and I grabbed one to try a flavor. I accidentally overfilled the cup slightly, and an employee, who I assumed might be the owner, immediately told me to throw it away and then kicked me out of the store. I understand that the staff may be cautious due to past issues with people stealing, but I was genuinely trying to sample the frozen yogurt, not take advantage of anything. Being removed from the store without a warning or explanation felt extreme and unnecessary. A simple reminder about sample portions would have been more appropriate. After I was kicked out, my friend spoke with the woman at the front desk, who was very kind and explained that they’ve had problems with theft before. I appreciated her calm and respectful approach, but that only highlighted how poorly the situation was handled by the other employee. It felt like an overreaction, especially since we weren’t causing any trouble. Regardless of whether the man was an employee or the owner, the way this was handled was unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won’t be returning.

I’ll definitely be back!

Delicious frozen yogurt with a good variety of flavors and toppings. The taste of the yogurt really matches the advertised flavor, which I can't say of all frozen yogurt places.

Delicious ice cream but customer service was not that great.
