Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Sorted newest-first, the ratings decline as you read up. Reviews mentioning how guests are treated average 3.9 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Speed of service follows at 24% of reviews, where ratings average 3.3.
5 stars is the modal score, given by 11 of the 17 reviewers who rated. The split is 13 positive to 3 negative across 17 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle. Conspicuously absent: portion size, which no reviewer brings up.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That inspection was on March 16, 2026. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

I could never give it imagine a world Will you call a local restaurant to get a takeout order and it's answered in another country Go ahead and wrap your arms around that what are these people thinking I got that today and you know what I did I called a local restaurant afterwards that answers their phone and I spent $71.36 for my employees at lunch I wonder how many $71.36 these people have lost

Tonight was a miss. Been here before and liked it. Don't get me wrong, the food was good, but they messed up our order and then wanted to charge us for the replacement. There's a little pay at the table device and if I didn't look at the bill I would have paid for the extra dish. Then we had to wait for our waitress to come over and then we had to wait for her to get the manager. Also, our food came out at different times. Some were almost done eating when I finally got my food. Again, great food but the service was a let down

Pretty good food, great woman on the pass. Waitress was just okay.

Maddison showed genuine care with our table and took extra steps to ensure we knew what we were ordering. Love the service. Will definitely frequent again

The servers here are always so pleasant. I enjoy every interaction I have with the staff, and the restaurant is clean. They've always got something to watch on television and it's a fantastic place to watch the World Cup that's currently on. However, I consistently have pretty mediocre food here. You might go: "Oh, Jackson, it's a Miller's Ale House, you're not exactly at a luxury restaurant." Yeah, but most of the Miller's locations I've been to consistently have nice food. The world is at the point where I'm paying more than $20 for a single burger without a drink after tipping. The world is ridiculous, not just Miller's. But if I'm paying $20 for ONLY a burger, I want the burger to be cooked right. I asked for my burger rare, and I got a burger that was 90% brown 10% brownish-red—medium, basically. I hate sending food back but it was so overdone compared to what I asked for that I had to. The second burger came out and it was cooked the exact same. It makes me wonder if I would've gotten a well done burger had I asked for medium rare. I'm very disappointed... Please be aware that this review is only for the lacking quality of this Miller's location's food. I have set it to five stars for both service and atmosphere because both of those things are worth five stars here.

The service here was A1 everyone was very attentive, one of my orders was not to my liking, and they were hands on about it, managers and staff made sure that I received what I wanted in a timely manner , I would definitely come back and I highly recommend the chicken zingers w/ sweet Thai chilli sauce, and BBQ chicken wings!
-
Terrible service, long wait times; the staff doesn't pay attention to you.

Incredibly impressed! I’ve been to other Miller’s before and was hesitant to go another one but I had never been to this location. Busy night with the basketball finals but our server Riley was incredibly attentive despite some understandable food delays. We weren’t there for basketball but still enjoyed the ambiance & when something we ordered took awhile they comped it without us ever having to ask! It was incredibly kind and I am happy that this location changed my mind about the establishment.

Riley was awesome! First time at this location and they were incredible, especially for such a busy night. Great food, great service!
-
Blue & her manager displeasure exceptional team work while serving us. They both made sure my table was attended consistently . They completely made the experience 100000% time better than what I experienced 7 years ago . I look forward to coming back again & having Blue serve us again!
-
Millers Ale house was delightful! The menu is varied and the food is delicious and high qualiy. Our server Tran was on top of service and attended to our requests hastily. We had a great time at dinner and are happy to come back in the future!
-
Thanks for making everything properly. Zingers are tossed in sauce correctly and not drizzled (obt millers can’t get it right). Steak and cheese is delicious also

Olivia was phenomenal and hooked us up with one last fried jalapenos, she made the disappointment of losing the texmex nachos and fried jalapenos bearable. She is very nice and deserves a raise. Thank you for the woman chef that made it for us i didnt catch her name.

Had a great experience . Had blue as my Waiter . Honestly I was shook. Best experience I’ve had at a ale house . Give blue a raise
