Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The headline average flatters this listing; the recent half does not. Service cuts both ways here, averaging 3.6 among the reviews that raise it. Whether food comes out hot is the next most common subject, in 33% of reviews (averaging 4.5).
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews). 12 of 18 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 5 are two or lower. One subject never comes up here: what it costs.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (92/100), with 1 intermediate and 5 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on January 8, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 49% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. Everything above is computed from the 18 reviews reproduced below.

Very cozy restaurant! Good quality food and a great selection of drinks. We liked the craft beer here. Friendly, fast paced staff. We celebrated our 46th wedding anniversary here. Thanks guys! On March 18, 2023, we visited this cozy place again, celebrated a family holiday - a wedding anniversary. The beer is still strong and the appetizer is still delicious. The staff is just as friendly and accommodating. Until we meet again! 03.18. 2024 A year has passed and we again decided to celebrate our family holiday here. Because I liked it. And five everything was very good, this time the waiter was a middle-aged man, very attentive and friendly. Everything was good and tasty, thank you. Until next time! 06.28.2026 I celebrated another birthday here. I like the place, the menu, and the service. I had two different beers—both cold and delicious. The waiter, Ethon, was very attentive and courteous. Thank you, and I look forward to visiting again! To more pleasant visits.

Miller's is always my go to option for a quick bite or even to watch any game. I love the atmosphere and food. I have visited many locations around Orlando but this one was unfortunately a poor experience. I picked up my mom from the airport and thought that this location was the best option to get some food. It was 10:30 pm, it was not crowded and we were seated immediately. However, after taking our order, we had to wait almost 40 minutes to get the food. My mom's order was cold and the only option that the waitress gave us was to reheat the food in the microwave. I'm not sure if the place was understaffed, but the experience in general was unpleasant. I really love Miller's but I won't return to this location.

Really bad experience manager Erwin was helpless customer service skills little to none! Drinks absolutely weak just water based and sugar , food is actually tasty that’s about it!

This place was awesome just a few weeks ago but half the people left? It's like a clown show in here. Not going back.

I visited this Ale House on Saturday, June 13th, and the food was amazing but even better was the service. I ordered a double zinger mountain melt and when the food came, it was not the double, so we asked the waiter (Beau “tox”) who was amazing by the way, if this was the double and he confirmed it wasn’t and promptly got us a new one that was double and we were also offered a free dessert for the inconvenience. Forgot to mention, the issue with the chicken was first brought up to the manager, Skyler, because he happened to be walking by before Beau did and he also promptly went to get it fixed. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was great! We will definitely continue to visit this particular Ale House.

Great atmosphere...wonderful bartenders. So packed because of big games so food was cold. Can't blame them.

We stopped in after or trip back home from Michigan to Orlando international Airport. We ordered the fried whitefish. Mine was good but my wife's was soggy. Without saying anything we met David, the assistant manager who was making his rounds to the tables and he immediately offered us a refund on her meal. She ordered the french onion soup which she said was delicious. He also invited us back and gave us a gift card for future use. KiKi our waitress was amazing. She was friendly and attentive and served us with a big smile. Thats the kind of restaurant i want to visit again. Millers is a great chain of great choices. We will be back for sure. Because of Davis and Kiki we will choose Millers Alehouse in our home town and it will be our first choice when in Orlando or anywhere we visit. Way to go!!!

As a cook for over ten years. They gave me the scraps they had left over for chicken. I know because there are something called cut lines when you cut a peace of grilled chicken. And to pay for a fajita and get what they gave me is insulting to be honest. No manger came out to take the meal off and I will never return to this semoran ale house. Fire the cooks that were working tonight reviews are time stamped and maybe find a new manger , server was ok. Do better people .

Alondra the cook, great communication, Alex the manager & Arianna did such an immaculate job assisting me. Thank you guys for giving me such an amazing experience! Will definitely be coming back🤞🏼
