Went here today but they were closed during business hours. You try to call and can't speak to a person, called 3 times and waited until about 1240 before just giving up and going to Main Event down the road.

They give military discount and the guy I think manager with long hair has great energy. Him and all the workers were great ppl. Very helpful. Quick, professional....

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Monkey Joe’s, the management team, and staff! I’ve visited both the Winter Park and Coral Springs locations, and this was by far the cleanest and best-run one I’ve been to. The management does an excellent job, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Everything was spotless, organized, and well-maintained. You can tell they take pride in providing a great experience for families. We’ll definitely be back! 😊

Everything for our son’s birthday party went extremely smoothly from start to finish. We spoke with Jasmine to make some changes to our package, and she took great care of us and made the process easy. Xavier was our party helper, and he was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration. Thank you for helping make our son’s special day so memorable!

The staff is friendly and the kids were busy here for about an hour. BUT this playground has never been cleaned, like never! I’d never expect a place for kids to get this dirty. They could get a handheld vacuum, a blower and some Clorox wipes and do a deep cleaning once in a while and some maintenance cleaning regularly… even the carpets look so dirty, yikes

This place offers special discounts on different days of the week, whether it's for arcade games, or bringing your child 3-12 or under 5. I've been looking around Orlando for affordable, fun, membership-free air conditioned places to get away from the heat, and this is by far the best bang for your buck if you have little ones. My 2.5 year old LOVED it and burned so much energy, he fell asleep within 2 minute of buckling him into the car. Angie was working and she was super welcoming and kind. We will be absolutely be back!

Save your money not great overpriced

We visited on May 9th as a Mommy and son day for Mother's Day. Jasmine was so kind and helped us with all questions and needs that we had :) my son had a great time! Will be returning for sure! Thank you Jasmine!
