Nice place! The only sad thing that it was only 1 employee who was taking and preparing orders at the same time. So our order took a while. Be ready to spend $17 for 2 ice creams :)

Fast service, and the ice cream was all right. Not my favorite. Definitely do not have good parking, I wait over 20min to find a parking. It's surround of smoke shops so stick to weed A LOT. I will not return.

This ice cream place is clean and lively. We ordered ube coconut ice cream and berry family rolled ice cream. Both were delicious. Satya prepared our ice cream and he was kind and amazing, very accommodating with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place if ever you are looking for an ice cream spot. They also serve fruit tea drinks, boba and milk shakes.

We​ had an excellent experience at Mr. Cool! The shop is incredibly clean and well-maintained, and the team working here is both friendly and fast. ​I tried the Matcha Love rolled ice cream creation, and it was perfect—rich, flavorful, and so fun to watch them make right in front of you (video). I also paired it with a Coconut Boba Tea and added the rainbow jelly, which was absolutely delicious, refreshing, and the perfect texture. ​The only minor downside is that parking can be quite limited in this area, so you might have to hunt for a spot during peak hours, but the fantastic treats and welcoming service make it well worth the visit. Highly recommend!

Came in a 3pm. The place was half full. Ordered the Oreo Cheese cake. It was very good. They have sticky note for the customer to stick to the place. Mines was " Free Ice Cream use promo "Chitown" by the counter. Look for it. The promo works

In the heart of the tourist district this nice little shop is fantastic for boba tea and ice cream. Wife and I enjoyed both drinks we got and are looking to go back again. I got the pineapple smoothie which had fresh pineapple mixed in. Amazing and fresh. Worth every dime.

Mr cool is the best ice cream place in all of Florida. The workers are so nice and let you add whatever you want to the rolled ice cream. We come here anytime we can

Five stars for the service and the ice cream ❤️. The only problem is this place is understaffed. We went away and came back after 40 minutes but the wait time was still long which was sad to see, only a single person working there but he wasn’t rude to anyone ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Such a great find in Orlando! This rolled ice cream shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the staff were so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The ice cream itself was delicious, and watching it being rolled fresh was the best part. We loved the sticky note wall that was filled with messages from previous customers. It added such a personal and memorable touch. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a sweet treat!
