Jhosep was truly an amazing server who took care of us and was attentive, especially for my son with a food allergy. We had to wait a bit longer than expected for our food, but my feet didn’t mind after walking around the park. The food was hot and delicious! Great experience because of our specific server.

We stopped at NBC Sports Grill on the last night of our honeymoon and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of our entire trip! From the moment we sat down, our waiter Jhosep noticed we were celebrating and made us feel so special. He and the manager Bhushan went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. They were incredibly attentive, warm, and genuine the entire night. The service wasn’t just professional — it felt personal, like we were being looked after by family. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and their kindness truly made our last night as newlyweds something we’ll always remember. This was hands-down the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had. If you’re in the area, you have to come here — and ask for Jhosep and Bhushan if you can! Thank you both so much for turning a simple dinner into a beautiful memory. We’ll definitely be back!

We came during a World Cup game. The service was great even though the restaurant was packed with people watching the game. Aaron and Bhushan were very friendly and attentive without overcrowding us. The food came quickly, the plates are big enough for 2 and delicious. Will recommend any day!

Ainda em tempo, preciso vir aqui elogiar o atendimento incrível da Jo. Fui assistir o jogo do Brasil no dia 19 de junho. Com casa cheia, host não se mostrou prestativo no atendimento para conseguir uma mesa para duas pessoas, apesar de ter várias vazias. Havia bastante gente e tudo foi meio caótico. Fomos para o segundo andar para assistir o jogo, em pé, e apareceu o anjo Jo. Jo nos atendeu e depois conseguiu um lugar, trouxe o cardápio e conseguimos comer. Comida boa. Deixo aqui meu agradecimento para a Jo, certamente voltaria por ela.

My fiancée and I had a great time at the restaurant! The food was delicious, ingredients were well selected and taste was on point, and the portions were perfect! Waiter Sergio Pohushan was very nice, attentive, and had the ability to elevate the atmosphere of the place!

This is the place to go if you want a night out or with the families. Ask for Alicia she was absolutely fantastic! Very attentive. gave us great recommendations on the menu based on how we are feeling and what everybody wants. Also gave recommendations throughout city walk and at the park. The service was above and beyond.

Came here for a world cup game. Was unsure how it would be from the pubs back in the uk. This bar is great, more screens than I can count showing the game so no matter where you were you had a great View. The staff are brilliant and kept the drinks flowing, thanks Christi for keeping the drinks flowing. Not rushed at our table and staff were more than happy for us to keep the table for the entire game, nachos were amazing and the largest portion I’ve ever seen. Thanks Bhushan for the great banter. Englands fist half performance scrapes a 2 stars.

הזמנו מקום מראש באפליקציה ונהנינו משולחן קרוב למסכים לצפייה במשחר כדורגל, יש תפריט עשיר מאוד. הגריל פתוח פרונטלי ורואים את ההכנה בזמן ההמתנה. השקיפות בהכנת אוכל אומרת הרבה על המקום! המלצרים מאוד נחמדים, היינו צריכים לעשות שינויים במנות והכל הגיע בדיוק כמו שהזמנו, המקום ענק אבל מלא ממש , הוא הראשון אחרי הגשר מהפארקים של יוניברסל אז מומלץ להזמין מקום. אחלה אוכל הכל היה טעים, תזמינו את הפרצל שם, הוא עצום וטעים במיוחד!

Went here for my daughter’s birthday dinner. Walked in and got a table right away. Joy and Bhushan made her birthday extra special. Will recommend 👍

Are here twice during our trip, food was good and service was amazing. Great place to watch the World Cup too!

We went here for dinner while visiting the universal parks and it was amazing our server Christi was very attentive, helpful, and kind. One of the Managers, Bhushan stopped by and asked us how we were doing was very kind and attentive as well. I couldn’t ask for better service and was very grateful to have this wonderful experience on my vacation. (The chicken tenders are AMAZING!)

I am not sure where the low reviews are coming from. We came after leaving Universal. We had a great experience. The foods and drinks were great. The bar atmosphere was amazing to watch the World Cup. We were half wet from the rides and the entire staff was awesome. Big shot out to the cooks for the great food, the bartenders for the great drinks, and our server Jose (from Puerto Rico) who killed it all night with excellent service. I would give 6 stars if I could!!! Great job everyone.

Bhusman was amazing and so caring and helpful. he is the most caring manager! Carolyn was our server and her mood lighted up our whole day, so sweet and caring! Can’t recommend enough!!

Had a great time eating and watch World Cup 2026. It was very busy, even with how busy the staff was great and the food was good.

I cannot rate the food - did not eat. Be aware, if you are coming here to watch the FIFA football matches, this place is ridiculously under-staffed. Took 30 minutes for me to get to the bar to order a drink. Go somewhere else.

We came for dinner and to watch the soccer game . We were greeted by a great and super friendly host , Kyle who did above and beyond to sear us at the right table. Very satisfied with his extra care which you can’t find much these days . Thank you Kyle !

As many times as I have been to universal and city walk I’ve never stopped in this restaurant. I was very spacious, nice atmosphere, was greeted soon as I walked in and the waitress was very nice . I just went with a burger and fries, but it was so good, glad I did try. Bacon was nice crispy, the thousand island they put on it I believe made it to perfection.

Food was not good! Ribs had to be sent back and steak was fatty!

The service was incredible, and between our server, Faith, and the manager, Bhushan, we had an incredible experience. The cherry on the top was this beautiful card that they gave us for Father’s day…. No better way to celebrate it. We will come back for sure…..

Used to have much higher quality food, have had very poor visits this year with service, food, and sports coverage. Was my favorite Universal restaurant but I don’t think I’ll visit again. Food sits under heat lamps for a while and comes out half cold or cooked incorrectly, which isn’t great for the price point. The TV’s are prioritized on Universal channels, so they’ll always have the Spanish Universal channels on instead of major games that you would rather see. They would not play the audio from other stations when we’d ask. The World Cup coverage here is all in Spanish here so I’d recommend elsewhere if you do not speak Spanish. Pointe Orlando has good coverage

Honestly this place is great. I came during a World Cup game, I personally got the wings but the burger my sister got was great (what she told me). The staff were nice and checked up on us a lot. The only critique I have is that if you order wings you should order a side of what sauce you ordered because the flavor didn’t pop out as much as I hoped. But even this critique of mine had a simple solution because they check up on you more than enough to have time to ask.

One of our favorite spots to visit every year!! Ashley & Bhushan took such great care of us and made our visit even better. Great food, fun, & amazing service, see you next year! 🤩

Ashley was our server and took fantastic care of us! We have been coming to this restaurant every time we visit the orlando area and the food and service never fail to disappoint. Bhushan was one of the managers who continuously came to check our on table and make sure our service was the absolute best and most hospitable it could be. I will continue to come back here in the future based on my most recent and past experiences!

Fomos ao bar para assistir o jogo do Brasil contra o Haiti. Estava lotado mas com várias mesas vazias (pois é). Não sei se o local tem tempo de tolerância com relação às reservas, mas também não havia fila de espera durante o jogo, ou seja, tinha mesa vazia mas você não podia sentar. Você podia entrar pra ver, desde que ficasse de pé. Depois de quase 70 minutos de jogo, uma mesa do nosso lado desocupou e pudemos nos sentar. Fomos atendidas pela maravilhosa Jô, que inclusive nos ofereceu água enquanto estávamos de pé. As asinhas que pedimos demoraram, e ela foi se certificar com o gerente o que houve. Pela demora, não houve a cobrança da porção. Não fomos muito bem tratadas pelo pessoal da entrada, mas o atendimento da Jô fez toda a diferença.

Joa was super sweet and attentive. She always had a smile on her face and made sure we had extra water for our hot universal day, as well as tips on rides to go on. 100/10 service and will definitely be back !! Thank you again Joa :)

Angela was our server and she was phenomenal. Very attentive, but in a way we didn’t feel rushed while watching the FIFA game. We ordered a few appetizers- loved the brisket queso. The curry chicken and chicken fingers were great. We were very happy with the draft beer selection. Bhushan the manager checked on us at the end of our meal and he was very friendly and asked us for honest feedback. We will be back!
