What diners say — our read

4.5 stars across 17 reviews, an A on the inspection — a rare case where both halves agree. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.3 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.

More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 12 of 17. What nobody raises here is tidiness — it goes unmentioned across all 17 reviews. 15 of 17 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 1 are two or lower.

The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. That result dates from January 28, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 80% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: lighting provided and cleaning and maintenance equipment.

With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Sonst alles sehr gut gemacht. Pro Park braucht man ca. 1 Tag.

This was my first experience of Universal Studios! Every staff was friendly and welcoming. The park had many nostalgic locations that took me back to my childhood! I have sense returned 3 more times.

Great times when the park is closed!!!

A huge THANK YOU to the Universal Studios Private Events Team! They did an incredible job hosting my company's event in February 2026. After our team experienced a disappointing dinner elsewhere that evening, we were genuinely impressed by the warm welcome and attention to detail that awaited us at Universal. Not only did they literally roll out the red carpet for our group (see the photos,) but they also provided an amazing atmosphere with a live band, entertainment throughout the venue, stilt walkers in front of Revenge of the Mummy ride, access to Louie's Italian restaurant and a fantastic dessert spread. As an Orlando resident who has visited Universal many times over the years, I recognize the amount of planning and effort required to execute an event of this scale. The entire experience felt well-organized and memorable. Thank you again to the entire Universal team for creating such a fun and unforgettable evening. Your hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made a lasting impression on our group.

Hit up the big rides first!

My honest opinion of Universal Orlando is a bit mixed, but overall we had an amazing vacation. Universal Studios had some great nostalgia and atmosphere, especially rides like E.T. and the incredible detail of Diagon Alley. However, many of the attractions felt overly dependent on blurry screens and motion simulators, which often felt more nauseating than fun. Islands of Adventure was a big improvement. Hagrid's, Hulk, and VelociCoaster were fantastic and delivered real thrills. The Jurassic Park area was a little disappointing with several attractions unavailable during our visit. Epic Universe was on an entirely different level. The rides were newer, smoother, and far more immersive. Super Nintendo World was incredibly interactive, Isle of Berk was a blast, and Battle at the Ministry was easily the most impressive attraction I've ever experienced. The nighttime fountain show was also a perfect way to end the day. For parents, be prepared: nearly every ride exits through a gift shop packed with toys at kid eye level. We highly recommend saving souvenir shopping for the end of the day to avoid carrying things around and to prevent constant "Can I have that?" conversations. Most employees were friendly and helpful, though we did receive some incorrect information regarding family swap areas that sent us on a few unnecessary goose chases. Overall, Epic Universe alone was worth the trip. While I personally prefer Disney's balance of practical effects, immersive storytelling,…

We had a lot of fun. It’s not as big as the Disney parks however it was manageable for one day. Islands of adventure is great for kids however, the older crowd tins to like the original universal side.

I went to universal because I'm a huge harry Potter fan. Almost all Harry Potter attractions were delayed and only got a wand. Disappointed. Since I was with my cousin we couldn't go on rollercoasters. But overall the experience was horrible as when we went to get lunch we were mistreated and called names by other guests because of our skin color. Horrible. Racist. I'm being judged by strangers for no reason. As if I've done a horrible crime. Disrespectful. Not only that when I finally got ride a rollercoaster with my dad alone because we were done eating, a worker pulled us aside and said we can't use the ride since I'm to short. I'm 5"3 and that's to short? My dad was in disgust and started arguing with him only to get threaten to be removed from the park because "People like us are never cooperative" . I'm so disgusted in the racism this place indulges. I hope I never come back.

Really liked this park went to islands of adventure today after going to disney parks the last few days different in a good way. Lots of big thrill rides while still having stuff to go on as younger visitors. Friendly staff. Highlights we're velocicoaster, all harry potter rides and spider man didnt have time for the hulk one but managed to do all others we wanted to even with only getting there for just after 12

First time there. Had a blast.

  • June 4, 2026

The theme parks are really cool. The rides, the atmosphere, the organization is great. It's just the "fast pass" which costs a bunch of extra money and lets those who pay basically cut in line - it makes it take sooo much longer if you don't have a fast pass. They run 2 rides of fast pass for every 1 ride of regular per what I observed. So 10 percent of the people with fast passes get 2/3rds of the ride time. That makes it take literally 10 times longer for non fast pass people to get on a ride. It makes Universal a lot of money but is so unfair to the regular people that don't buy fast passes.
