Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
An average is a poor summary when the underlying reviews look like this. Front-of-house tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.6 stars.
The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (18 of 24). Of the 24 rated reviews, 20 sit at four stars or better and 4 at two or below.
The kitchen graded a C (78/100) on 2 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 3 basic violations at its last inspection, which is roughly where the reviews sit too. The visit behind that grade was May 14, 2026. The trend across inspections is improvement. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 16% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Great place in Orlando for NYC Pizza style... We were so hungry that we forgot to take some pictures... That means we will have to come back 😉. Staff is amazing and friendly! It reminded me of family reunion back at home. Recommended 100%!!

I was a little skeptical coming in. Very friendly staff that took care of about 18 of us. Visited here during volleyball national championships so lots of customers. Nice menu selection. NY themed.

Have been a good customer for years but you lost me due to horrible service and disrespectful staff. Unbelievable…. Please go elsewhere, there are lots of good spots on universal that value customers. Shame on you….

Its like Im back in the Bronx on E. Tremont. Excellent taste, Mrs. Monica has excellent customer service, I could digest easy as there was not a cop in sight.

A pesar de que considero es un poco costoso si comparamos con lugares similares es innegable lo bueno de su comida, además de la atención del su servicio al cliente, seguiré visitando el lugar.

Friendly staff - and great pizzas, salads, and fries. Very reasonable weekday lunch specials starting at just $8. Try Killer Bee or the slice of the day! 🙂 🍕🥗🍟

Only ordered twice as here on vacation and only ordered as a take out order. The food is first class. Taste, temperature, presentation and portion size 👌 value for money. First class!

Don't know how these people make any business or always closed

Ordered on Uber Eats, tastes amazing! Reminds me of back home!

The marinara was the best marinara I’ve ever had. The salad was so delicious and fresh. These both came extremely fast. The garlic knots were so so so delicious and they can be dipped in delicious warm marinara that comes with it.

Food and service is always on point from the pizzas to the subs.

This Jersey girl was not impressed!! Called in to order a “Grandma pie” last night. The man that answered the phone said he had no idea what I was talking about. It’s on the menu!! Put me on hold to ask somebody else. Then came back and said , “yes we have your grandma pie”. Picked it up and brought it back to our hotel. A huge disappointment! Was very small for the $21 but but but, no “garlic infused olive oil”as stated on the menu! How can you make a grandma pie without any garlic?????

Great 10" pizza with multiple toppings and a sparkling soda.
