ORLANDO AIRPORT MARRIOTT LAKESIDE - POOL BAR

#NOTIMPRESSED The closeness to the airport is nice. The room is nice and spacious. The Hot water however, is nonexistent. The pool is nice. The morning breakfast however isn't. Cold potatoes, cold bacon , cold sausages. The eggs are made to order. There is your hotness. The service is slow and inattentive. The decor is nice. The valet staff is 100% on point. The power was out for 4 or 5 hrs last night. Have a brother in law who depends on cpap, almost suffocated The fore truck and ambulance were here when I arrived back from returning a rental to the airport. That person may not have been so lucky. Idk what the deal with that situation. Maybe they slipped and fell in the breakfast dining room due to EXCESSIVELY SLIPPERY FLOOR. BE CAREFUL. Breakfast was $50 for what other hotles compliment you for. Again NOT IMPRESSED. I travel about 290 days a year. Thought I was getting a treat while on vacation with the wife. Man I was wrong. Also the bathroom exhaust fan doesn't work. So your mom will reek of the last meal your body digested. Be well!

We stayed here on June 13th and had an amazing experience! Our shuttle driver, Mohammad, was the absolute best. He went above and beyond helping us search for my husband’s lost luggage and even walked us to the right counters at the airport. His kindness completely turned our stressful morning around and helped kick off our vacation on a positive note. The hotel restaurant food was delicious, and our kids had an absolute blast in the indoor/outdoor pool. Such a great start to our vacation! 🌟

I was disappointed with my stay at Marriott Orlando Lakeside. When we arrived, our room still had trash left behind from previous guests, and the table had not been properly cleaned. Cleanliness is one of the most important parts of a hotel stay, so this was frustrating to see. While the location was great and convenient for our trip, the service did not meet expectations. The staff did not seem willing to work with us or address our concerns in a satisfactory manner. Overall, the location was the best part of the experience, but the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service left us disappointed. I would recommend looking into other hotels in the area that offer friendlier service and better attention to room cleanliness.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. First of you, you can't beat the location. After a long day of travel and dealing with the stresses of the airport, it was so wonderful to know that the hotel was just a short ride away. Second, the staff. Y'all - everyone was soooo nice there - from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the valet team to the maintenance and cleaning staff. It truly made a huge difference to see a smiling face during every interaction I had. Third, the pool! I literally picked this hotel for the pool, and it did not disappoint. There were two "deep ends" which I loved. And there is a cute little poolside snack shop as well. It wasn't open when I was at the pool, but I liked the ambiance it provided. Fourth, the lake! After dealing with the crowds, I found relaxing by the lake to be so peaceful and rejuvenating. There are benches and chairs right by the water and you feel like you are tucked away in your own little oasis. Fifth, the food! Everything I had there was delicious. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Of course, it's pricey, but that is to be expected when you are traveling and paying for convenience. Sixth, the room. I tend to focus less on the rooms because if I am on vacation, the plan is to NOT be in the room. But it was also great. Everything was clean. I had four, but comfy pillows to choose from on my king sized bed. And I even had a couch that I didn't even sit on. But it was great for tossing clothes and bags on. If I ever go back to…

I called and booked a room with exceptional customer service with Jakhia. She was attentive, caring and catered to all our questions. She exemplifies what the Marriott standards with dealing with customers.

This is a nice hotel and is close to MCO airport. The staff was very nice and overall it was a great place to stay. I was able to use the lounge while there and it was a great place to relax and work.

People are awesome. Two separate occasions I've forgotten something on my way to the airport, and they do whatever is takes to fix my error. Great staff.

I want to compliment AnThi at the concierge lounge. She always remembers us when we return to the lounge and she is so efficient and so sweet!|I also want to give a big shout out to Kai and Luminina in the Crimson Cafe. We love coming back to this hotel and seeing them when we have breakfast!!

This place nickel and dimes you at every turn. $30 a night to park in the hotel lot is ridiculous. Have to pay for wifi in your room. The whole place is kind of dated and they cover up smells with heavy deodorants. I regret staying and will avoid in the future.

Always use for long term parking. They are vet accommodating, friendly staff and shuttle workers make sure they get you to the airport on time. Excellent and safe parking lot.

The Marriott Lakeside Orlando is incredibly comfortable, I was able to sleep peacefully, thanks to the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. The front desk staff were all kind and friendly especially Ms.Karliya she is very attentive. Thank you!

Visited the Crimson Tavern in the hotel...food was amazing..|Yudi the waiter provided friendly and excellent service

The Marriott employees are great. We loved Marco, the bartender. The food was really good. Location was pretty good. The gym was better than most hotels. The property was very dated. They need a complete remodel. The room waa awful. NO HOT WATER. We had to let the shower and sink run for an hour to get lukewarm temps. Don't stay here but visit Marco!

Excellent family friendly hotel

As a titanium member elite I rarely have any issues, but this particular hotel was pretty bad for the Marriott Brand. Not only were they rude to my wife, at check-in. Who by the way was on my reservation as I went straight to work. They wouldn’t accommodate the concierge level room without some complaining. Then they sent her up to the room and they were cleaning the room. Will recommend to my company not to book a conference here in The future. Many more professional places to stay here in Orlando. I stay May 18-21.
