OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE

I’ve been to a lot of Outback locations over the years, but this Kirkman location has quickly become one of my favorites! Our server, Veronica, made the experience exceptional. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with such a genuine smile and positive attitude. She was incredibly friendly, patient, attentive, and made us feel like she truly enjoyed taking care of us. What really stood out, though, was that it wasn’t just Veronica. Every interaction we had with the staff was genuinely pleasant. The gentleman with the curly hair who brought out our food was so kind, and the team member who brought our to-go bag was just as friendly. It’s rare to walk into a restaurant where every single person you interact with makes you feel welcome, but that’s exactly what happened here. The food was fantastic as always, but I have to give a special shoutout to the onion soup. It’s my go-to every time I visit Outback, and somehow this location managed to make the best one I’ve ever had. It absolutely blew every other location out of the water! Between the amazing food and Veronica’s outstanding service, this was easily a 10/10 experience. If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We’ll definitely be back! On our last visit, all the steaks were cooked to perfection. All staff were super friendly and seemed to really care that you were having a great dining experience. Highly recommend their Wednesday special sirloin, side dish and beer or soda for $13.99 a great deal. Super clean store that serves great food.

The food was normal nothing over expectancy. I think they should install more tvs at the lateral both sides 🤔.

Everything about tonights dining experience was Perfection. A great part of that feeling is due to the superb service provided by Christia. She was very personable, and simply great at her job. I hope she does training for others. I ordered the BBQ rib/chicken combo and was totally pleased. A really nice portion of very tasty food. Attractive plating, too. At a time when numerous restaurants are struggling with many challenges, this Outback has found a way to keep moving forward, and dazzling at the same time. Kudos!! Any frustration after dealing with vehicle challenges (never fun) was quickly overcome by the ultra-welcoming service at the bar by Tatiana. She was low-key yet fantastic throughout my entire stay. I chose to do the 3-course meal that I'd seen advertised but had never experienced. Dang, that is a lot of food, and for a great price. The simple Ceasar salad was memorable for good reason. My chop steak with mushroom sauce was delicious. The area at the bar as well as surrounding table was very clean and organized. Excellent experience at Outback Steakhouse! The service was outstanding to friendly, smiling, attentive, courteous, and quick. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every detail was handled with care from both managers Renata and Melissa to our waiter. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

My family & I dined here for my husband's birthday. The staff we very attentive in helping us to celebrate him by singing their own Outback Steakhouse birthday song, there were other families celebrating birthdays too. It was a fun atmosphere. A complimentary slice of cake with a small gift was also given. I would dine here again

Veronica was the BEST server we have had in YEARS, from any restaurant, from start to finish! Her amazing attitude makes you laugh and enjoy your time, while ensuring you are heard. We might of had some food issues, but she went literally ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure things were fixed fast! It's also rare for a restaurant to do well done correctly the first time around, and they did right by both of our steaks, so thanks to the chefs! What a complete dump Rat Bat and BBQ cat would have been better I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Outback Steakhouse. The service was slow, the staff seemed uninterested, and the food was nowhere near worth the price. My steak was overcooked, the sides were bland, and the overall quality was far below what I expected from a restaurant that specializes in steak. The dining area appeared neglected, and it felt like customer satisfaction was an afterthought. To make matters worse, management showed little concern when issues were brought to their attention. Between the long wait times, mediocre food, and lackluster service, this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a quality meal or good service. Recent customer discussions have also raised concerns about inconsistent food quality at some locations.

Poor customer service and disorganization. We made an order directly on their website that never arrived. When I called, the “owner” TJ didn’t want to hear it and just focused on who to put the blame on instead of fixing our problem, then got upset cause we said “oh my God” over the phone and hung up. We had to drive to the location where TJ met me to tell me how rude it was for me to be upset that the order we expected an hour ago didn’t arrive. Spend an extra HOUR trying to get a refund cause they couldn’t figure that out. Finally after waiting an hour and a complimentary cup of water, a lady slammed refund papers on the table and told me to have a good day. At no point this establishment cared about losing our order, apologizing for the experience, or making things right.

This place always has good vibes great staff and wonderful food!!

I had such a great experience on Monday I went there for dinner I had Veronica as my server she was super attentive and made sure our guest experience was on point!! I especially enjoyed the car show that was taking place my daughters are obsessed with cars and I normally have to drive all the way to old town to see good cars but it was so nice to have one so close to home at a restaurant my girls enjoy. I will most definitely be coming back next Monday both for the service and the car show .

I visited this location on Saturday night, 5/16/26, and while our server Addison provided excellent service and manager Jeremy handled our concerns professionally, our overall experience was negatively impacted by an interaction with Renata Danner. Her approach toward us was unprofessional and lacked the level of respect and customer service expected in a dining establishment. My party had already ordered and received two alcoholic beverages without being asked for identification. However, when ordering a third drink, we were suddenly approached and questioned about IDs. If there had been a genuine concern regarding underage drinking, identification should have been requested from the beginning, not later into our visit. The inconsistency was confusing and uncomfortable. Additionally, the manner in which we were approached felt unnecessarily confrontational. As paying customers who were simply enjoying drinks and appetizers, we expected to be treated with professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, the situation was not de-escalated appropriately, which ultimately led us to leave earlier than planned didn’t receive our main courses so we asked for them to be to-go. Despite our experience being cut short, we still paid over $400 and tipped our server because Addison did an excellent job throughout the evening.
