Unbelievable bad experience Food was poor, and it took 49 min to get it on a Saturday lunch. The biggest issue I had was that I ordered a Mongolian beef ($29) plus $4 upcharge to substitute noodles for rice then asked fir a side of Mongolian sauce and the server said that's another .99 cents. The new leadership of this company is drivng the guest away. They have over priced this mediocre food, small portions and then had the audacity to Nickle and Dime the customer. Never again PF Wang. From a quality and value standpoint, Panda is far superior. Your losing traffic so fast it will make you mind explude. This was a great concept now just garbage

The sushi boat was an excellent recommendation. The service was excellent and the server was attentive and the manager came over and made sure we had everything was good. Food tasted amazing. Overall, the experience was 10/10, would definitely come back and would recommend to others.

The portion size was originally less than I thought, but when I mentioned this to the manager (I didn't make a big deal of it, but he did ask if there was anything that could be improved), he said he would bring a bit more out. I was not expecting anything, but he brought out a whole new portion that was bigger than what I had! Amazing professionalism.

Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable first visit turned into a frustrating experience, and it will likely be my last. After being directed to the area where I could place my takeout order, I stood there for approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. A simple greeting or letting me know someone would be with me shortly would have gone a long way. Once the takeout server finally came over and took my order, I then waited an additional 50 minutes for my food. While I understand that restaurants become busy, peak business hours should be anticipated and staffed accordingly. Long wait times can happen, but the lack of communication and customer service throughout the process made the experience much worse. When I finally received my order, I noticed that both of our to-go drinks were only about three-quarters full. If the extra space was intended for the boba pearls, that wasn’t reflected either, as there was only a very small scoop of pearls in each drink. It left the impression that the drinks were incomplete. What disappointed me most was the overall customer service. There were no welcoming greetings, very little acknowledgment during the entire process, and I felt as though taking my order was an inconvenience rather than appreciated business. As a paying customer, I expected to be treated with courtesy and respect. This was my first visit to P.F. Chang’s, and based on this experience, it will unfortunately be my last. I hope this…

I wouldn’t say it was an excellent experience. It was great. I like the appetizers. Not too many options with the beef entrees. Decent flavor but not wow. The restaurant is a bit dark but I do understand they want it to be cozy. Service was great indeed.

My husband and I decided on our day off to stop by P.F. Chang’s for lunch, Gabby was our server she was attentive, kind, courteous and pleasant. She exceeded our expectations and the food was phenomenal.

Our server Lee was the sweetest most caring, attentive and loving server. Hahaha funny to say it that way but there’s not other way of explaining it. Me and my husband ate an entree two main plates and 4 alcoholic drinks we spent 137.20 we had a fantastic time food was great too, will be coming back❤️

Justin H was absolutely amazing! He made our first experience and the birthday dinner so welcoming! He cared for us each time and was personable with us! In the future I hope we can always have him as a server! First time here and I am impressed! Alex was our server and she went above and beyond, going as far as doing a couple magic tricks when my son was being a little shy while ordering. I ordered a couple dishes Alex suggested and couldn’t have been more pleased. Will definitely be back!

Came in for a quick lunch & it happened to be Wine Wednesday. Gabby was absolutely amazing with providing all details for each dish offered on the lunch menu and it was a bonus to enjoy a half price bottle of Malbec. Definitely will return- a Wednesday will be the bonus !!

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend and his daughters that were dining in. I wanted to order a few of their favorite things and have them delivered to their table when they got there. The hostess was absolutely amazing and so helpful with executing. They were super surprised and I was so appreciative. Of course the food was delish!

The food wasn't as good as it used to be. While the service was friendly and attentive, the spicy chicken was clumpy and didn't have the quality I remember from previous visits. The chicken also didn't seem as fresh as it used to be, which was disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, as I've had better experiences here in the past.
