I stood there for over 5 minutes, almost no customers the store was empty and watched as 2-3 employees at the register counted money, walked away, and refused to take my order. No one was in the front serving food. Walked away. Pros: clean bathrooms

The employee in the register "elisa" was just talking and talking with her friends non stop while I was waiting for her to take my order, i was like 20 minutes there and nothing happened, horrific service then i just left without ordering

The cashier Elisa never take my orden i wait 20 minutes and she only was talking with another customer

An employee named Win in glasses serves very badly, ordered a bigger plate, but he puts a little , I don't know, teriyaki chicken, he put me a burnt one, I'm very sorry, not all panda express restaurants are like that, but this one didn't like

Great location really changed my mind on panda as a whole . Highly recommend

Staff was incredible! Tasty food and a wonderful experience!

The pick up service is always not prepared even if you order it one hour early.

Mobile orders are never prepared before you get there. I've ordered ahead an hour before I got there and still wasn't prepared. It's been like this for months. I've ordered many times and it's never ready.

The cleanliness was top tier, food was top tier, MARIE, the manager was AMAZING from the split second we walked through the door with her inviting smile!

The food smells amazing as soon as you open the door. And you literally can smell cleanliness in the air. Ordered two plates and was not disappointed. Marie the manager on duty was very inviting and kind.

Food was good, but the service completely ruined the experience. Slow, with no greeting or acknowledgment, not even a simple “we’ll be right with you.” Staff seemed impatient and unwelcoming. I’ve been to many Pandas, and this is by far the worst one in terms of service. Definitely needs improvement.
