PANDA EXPRESS #3069

This Panda Express is not only good. But consistent. Whenever I come back I get exactly what I expected, always fresh and taste good. Other pandas I’ve tried are very inconsistent. Someday food is very salty and someday the chicken is burned. This will be my go to location. This is not the closest panda to me but I rather drive 10 extra minutes to get better food.

Online ordering was simple and quick and the food was ready soon after. I was able to donate to a fundraiser too! Great place for lunch or dinner.

Extremely clean store, very fresh food, and excellent service. The manager is present and resolves everything.

Terrible experience at this store. When I arrived, I had to wait for them to prepare the chow mein, then the orange chicken; and when they finally served me the food (a "plate"), the portions were like something out of a McDonald's Happy Meal. Fast-food franchises are getting worse by the day—worse service, worse quality, and worse prices.

This is my second (and last) time coming to this Panda Express location. Also, this is my third time at a Panda Express in general. I had tried this location once when they opened several years back and then also today. I had wanted to give this location another shot after having a bad experience the first time as they have a new entree option (Cantonese BBQ Brisket) which intrigued me. I was told in the drive-thru that there would be a small wait (7 minutes), which I was okay with dealing with. I was given my drink and told to park. Almost 20 minutes passed with no word from any associate while I saw other customers get their food from the drive-thru... I went inside to figure out what was going on with my order only to be told that it was coming. The cashiers were understanding with my frustration, so I'm grateful for them, but I ultimately still just wanted a refund for the time I had lost waiting for something that other people were clearly getting on time. I got a partial refund (as they gave me the drink already) and told me to have a good day. The food then, magically, happened to come out right as that happens. They were (seemingly) just going to toss it out, but I just wanted a refund for the trouble not for my food to be tossed. A manager (?) then told me I can have the food and I left with it in hand. Normally I wouldn't even make a review like this (I feel terrible about complaining about anything), BUT even after a refund I still needed to share that the food…

I normally don't go for Fast food chinese. Panda Express is not teally my normal but I was hungry. Now as soon as I walked in the girl behind the counter Monica greeted me with a great smile and a welcome I was not expecting. I was already pleased with the smile but she went above by being patient with me and explaining what entrees were not spicy as I asked for the not spicy meats. I ordered 3 meats with white rice and lo-mein combo. She asked if I wanted to add an appetizer as I usually skip that section but today I chose the eggroll because she asked so nicely. When I moved to the next section to pay Adina the cashier was also very sweet and friendly. I got the watermelon refresher drink. My only complaint is that it only comes in one size which is not enough. However I have to give props to Monica and Adina for the great welcoming smiles and service. You guys made my night. I spoke to John the manager to tell him his staff is amazing. I'm sure he was expecting a complaint...😁 nope not from me.

I will never go back to this place again. I felt humiliated. I placed an online order for pickup, and shortly after, my husband asked me to order food for him as well, so I placed a second order online. When I went to pick them up, they told me to wait. They only gave me one order. I told them there was another one and showed it in the app, but they said there was no other order under my name. I insisted that there were two orders. The employee got upset, prepared the food carelessly, and “threw” the bag on the counter. I have never felt so humiliated. I love the food, but I'm never coming back!

I love the food at Panda Express and it's reasonably priced. This location has spacious seating and a nice outside seating area.
