What diners say — our read

Sorted newest-first, the ratings decline as you read up. Reviewers who mention freshness and temperature rate this place 4.0 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. Front-of-house follows at 38% of reviews, where ratings average 3.8.

8 of 13 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (6 reviews). Behind those, how clean the place looks is raised in 23% of reviews (4.0 average).

Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (97/100), 3 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on January 14, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 72% of graded kitchens in Orange County. The citations behind that grade include dishwashing facilities and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.

Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. Everything above is computed from the 13 reviews reproduced below.

Today, I ordered two Garden Avo & Egg White Sandwiches, both were inappropriately small in size and content, very unsatisfactory. The sandwich supposed to contain Avocado, tomatoes, spinach, and melted white cheddar cheese, but both were came without all these ingredients & it contained just egg white !!?? I’m a very loyal customer of Panera Bread & I was very disappointed by my experience today.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at Panera Bread. The restaurant was clean and the food was good, which I appreciated. However, the customer service was unacceptable. The employee who assisted me, Alicia, was rude, unprofessional, and seemed annoyed throughout the interaction. She spoke to me with an attitude, talked back when I asked a question, and handled my order in a disrespectful manner. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. A clean restaurant and good food are important, but customer service is equally important. I hope management addresses these issues and provides additional training to ensure customers have a more positive experience in the future.

This is one of my favorite Panera Bread locations when visiting Orlando! The staff is always super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The restaurant is consistently clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or just a coffee break. My biggest tip: use the Panera app and order ahead with Rapid Pick-Up. It’s incredibly convenient, saves time, and your order is usually ready when you arrive. The food is always fresh, and the service is consistently excellent. If you’re in the area and looking for a reliable spot for a quick meal, coffee, or bakery treat, this location is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be back again on my next Orlando trip!

The quality was decent but not as consistent as I expected. one item was great while another arrived lukewarm. Sraff were polite, though the overall experience felt pretty average for the price.

Unfortunately, the only diet soda, diet Pepsi, was not available. But other than that, the place was nice and clean. Good place to work and study.

It was l hot inside. We decided not stay over and eat the food in our car instead. There are also lots of mosquitos there, probably from the hot weather.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the coffee quality at this location. While I typically have positive experiences at other Panera branches, the coffee served here was significantly below standard. Specifically, it had an 'unfiltered' taste that was quite unpalatable. I hope you will look into your brewing process or equipment maintenance to ensure it aligns with the brand’s usual quality. 🤢

Panera Honey Walnut Cream Cheese Spread: Most of us know Panera is a bakery-café fast casual restaurant chain with thousands of locations in the United States and Canada. What I didn't know, was the chain operates as Saint Louis Bread Company in the Greater St. Louis area. The name comes from a word that has roots in the Latin word for "breadbasket" (Classical pānārium, Vulgar pānāria) and is exactly the same to the word for "breadbasket" in Spanish. Panera offers a wide array of pastries and baked goods, like bagels, brownies, cookies, breads, and muffins. What better to top those delicious bagels with than fresh cream cheese? Panera offers a standard cream cheese as well as a honey walnut version. The honey walnut is sweeter and has a color that resembles Thousand Island dressing. Tiny pieces of walnut can be found throughout and while they make spreading the cream cheese slightly difficult, they do add satisfying crunch and subtle nutty flavor. Personally, I didn't detect much of a honey flavor, but it was definitely sweeter than a standard cream cheese spread. I tried the spread on both an Asiago and Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, with about equally good results. Give it a spread on your next visit if you're looking for something different. Some GF options on their menu but obviously not their bread.
