PANERA BREAD

It is a Panera, if you like Panera then come here. It has good seating for working. The staff is friendly. Not too loud. I really like the coffee and Toasted Italiano. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken was not my favorite.

Quiet lunch. Quiet for study. Good choices for lunch. Nice salads and soups. Frontega chicken was great. Not too spicy. Cherry limeade fresca was great. Nice desserts.

First time at this place, asked the girl at the front counter what we needed to do and she wasn't very helpful. We ordered the cheese and broccoli soup in a bread bowl, the bacon mac n cheese large, and 2 hot drinks. My mac n cheese was barely warm and literally a very small portion in the bottom of a large bowl. The soup was also like warm. I returned them both to the counter and informed the staff of the issue, within 1 minute my name had been called and it would appear all they did was put it in a microwave, I think, because the heat hasn't changed at all really, still Luke warm. Needless to say I expected a fresh delivery of food and not reheated food from a microwave at these prices. Even the hot drinks were like warm, the hot water not even hot enough to make a cup of English tea, it felt like I was drinking like warm milk. First and last time for me on these places.

Second visit; first visit was too perfect and set an expectation they failed to meet this time but food was still Panera and fresh

Check your order before you leave. Twice they forgot or didn't put or ripped me off by not putting chicken on my salad when chicken is in the name of the salad.

Last time I eat at this location pay 17.00 for a sandwich with bacon and I get a equivalent to half a piece of bacon shredded up on my sandwich

Never going back to Panera. First off they eliminated the only sandwich I would get from here. I decided I’d try a different one since I was already there. Got the turkey bravo. Wow. Just wow. About 1/4 lb of deli turkey on this pathetic looking sandwich $13. You’re charging about double what it’s worth. I felt like I was robbed without a gun. Anyways… Then my soup was completely wrong and they gave me 1/2 a tuna salad sandwich as my bread roll. You didn’t mishear that because I typed it. I call and tell them about how they screwed up my order so they look it up. They see that I paid cash so I must go back up there and get a full refund of $22.88 as well as the soup I ordered. I ask if it’ll be ready when I get there and they assure me that it will be. I tell them I’m 10 minutes away. Get there and I have to wait for them to call someone to get my refund and to have them correct the soup I ordered. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ Then they decided they were only refunding my soup even though on the phone they said they’d give me a full refund. I wish I were making this up. By the way, the person who made my order has been there for 2 years. I know this because I asked about the sandwich they no longer offer and the person told me they had been there for 2 years. You’ve had incompetent employees for literally years and you’re serving a product that is far less quality than what it used to be at a higher price. I’m shocked this place finds a way to make money. You’ll never get a single nickel out of…

I love their sip club. You can use any Panera Bread anywhere to get a drink every 2 hours. I love their Passion Papaya Green Tea! I travel alot and enjoy going to Panera Bread even in different states for my free green tea 💚

Lauren at this location was incredibly rude. I pulled up to the drive through on 5/8 at 7AM. I ordered my half dozen bagels like I do every week. She asked if I had a phone number. I said yes. There was a pause. Since we frequent this Panera weekly, I know the pause is usually because they are walking over to the computer. Getting ready to enter my phone number. After the pause, she rudely said to me well, are you gonna tell it to me? The worst service I have ever received at this Panera. To make matters worse, when I got to the window, my order was wrong. We usually are served by Maria who is a ray of sunshine and Lauren is a dark cloud, Lauren. Some people are not made to work in Customer Service. Lauren acts like everyone is an inconvenience to her. I strongly suggest that this Panera reevaluate their management team. As a weekly customer to this store, I was appalled.

Vine a este lugar por una sopa porque que me dolía mucho estómago. Pago me pide mi nombre para avisarme cuando ya esté lista y después de 30 minutos voy y pregunto que pasa con la sopa y dice la cajera que estaba en donde ponen los pedidos y yo le pregunté que para qué me pide el nombre si no se van a tomar la molestia de llamarme. De tan mal que sentí le dejé la sopa en medio de la tienda que se coman ellos. Que falta de atención al cliente. Esto pasó 04/23 por si el manager lo quiere tomar en cuenta.

For the second consecutive day our Uber Eats order was completely delivered wrong. Sophia. The soon to be former manager actually hung up on us, on my 88 year old aunt, but not before clearly saying ‘in front of four people’ four of us heard her say ‘if you aren’t happy get up and pick your own food up, because between our staff and the uber delivery we are overwhelmed and it’s just not worth our stress.’ Once again two days in a row and the food came wrong both times. With the manager actually telling us ‘pick up the food yourself.’

Stopped in for lunch after leaving terminal C on my way home. One of the things I like most about Panera is they have specials. You don't have to always to have the same thing all the times.

Place was disgusting my order was given to me wrong plus took over 15 mins to fix it an take payment most horrible experience this place needs better management

Horrible experience at the drive through window. I ordered a soup and tea, took over 10mins to take payment and give food!?! The whole staff was talking and playing, no sense of urgency. Stayed at the window as an employee was laughing at our complaints just for an incompetent manger to tell us to leave and have a good day. Worst Panera location I've been too in Orlando, and especially by the airport not a good look.

Thank you, Panera for giving me a broken plastic cup. I wish I had noticed it before all that liquid seeped out little by little in my car.
