PANERA BREAD BAKERY #4178

Whoever is packaging to go orders during the morning shift needs to be properly trained on how to fold and seal the bags. Got my food wide open for delivery drivers to play in. The photos were taken at the store at pick up this way. So no it wasn't the driver. And to whoever bagged my half of a gallon beverage with the seal ripped off no I did not drink it. I tossed everything that arrived in the trash. I will never order from any Panera Bread ever again. It must be a 16 year old at their Summer job handling the food here.

Rude, just rude!!! Shift manager jacket, just a miserable person. Jacket name spelled: Az_ _ _ _ Not exactly sure as she had it covered a little. Be nice, it’s easy……..and your in customer service!!!

got our order wrong, and we waited over 30 minutes in the drive through. the lemonade was very watered down

Fast, fresh, clean. Not cheap but not expensive. All Panera Salads are great.

My experience at Panera Bread on Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The order was significantly delayed, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold as if it had been prepared a long time ago. The cashier was rude and completely unprofessional, treating customers as if they were a burden. When we complained to the manager about the poor condition of the food, instead of handling the situation properly or trying to fix the issue, she raised her voice and responded in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, showing no respect for the complaint or the customers. Great food 😋

Very disappointed with my recent visit. The staff seemed completely disengaged and lacked any sense of urgency or energy. More importantly, I observed a young gentleman with long hair failing to change gloves between tasks, which is a major health concern. To top it off, my sandwich was toasted to the point of being burnt. Based on this environment, I won’t be returning

This is the second time I come to this panera and the cashier who claims to also be a manager had an issue with my service animal. The district manager happened to be in the restaurant and after over hearing the conversation she stepping. I recommended highly that her employees become more familiar with ADA laws before it becomes a bigger issue. No complaints on the food is always good and fresh.

Always a go too and Always consistently good food. The sip club is the best value ever.

I want to mention Maria working the Drive thru at Panera today because she was honestly just really nice at the drive-thru. She was genuinely friendly and the food was actually really good this time too everything was fresh and made right.
