PANERA BREAD BAKERY

I ordered my Chipotle egg and avocado sandwich WITHOUT chicken and they still put chicken. Seems like there is always something wrong when I come here....🤨

I go here all the time, and really love this location. It obviously gets kinda busy here sometimes, being central to so many theme parks and idrive but that is to be expected! Only complaint would be my sandwiches were a little too saucy a couple times. Otherwise? Just a great view of the coasters at seaworld 🤣

1 star. Extremely disappointed with Panera Bread. I placed a large online order the day before, expecting it to be prepared on time, but I still ended up stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes waiting. There was no communication, no urgency from the staff, and no organization for handling pre-ordered large orders. If you know an order will take longer, at least ask customers to pull forward instead of holding up the entire line. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Good food pick up some breakfast and coffee. The food is better than McDonald's. The coffee is ok. McDonald's coffee is better.

Food was bland. They didn't dry the outside seating area. Food came and we were sitting outside and nobody informed us. Never coming back to this place again.

Never have any complaints about Panera. Quality of the food is great. Staff is very kind and quick.

Vine a tomarme un café como de costumbre en otros paneras pero está localización me dejó realmente impactada con una Sra que aparte de tratar mal a sus compañeros no sabe atender el público le pedí el café con 3 chot de café y me dio más leche que café le pedí lo revisara y fue grosera diciendo que si le colocó los 3 chot , con voz de altanera y grosera, simplemente voté la leche que me dio caliente sin café y salí le dije le dejaré un mal comentario y se me pegó atrás a pegarme gritos , parece que tiene problemas de Ira , no trata bien a nadie no deberían dejar trabajar a personas así en atención al público, y menos a ser jefes! Se siente la tensión de sus compañeros como les habla!!! Acá les dejo las fotos para que ojalá tomen conciencia y saquen a esta señora para que tengan un mejor servicio en esta localización, es una persona GROSERA! ojalá sus jefes vean esto y vean las cámaras!

I always pick up my large soda at this place. The staff here are very accommodating and always smiling. I will try to dine here one of these days.

Every time I go to this location they take way too long at the drive thru. Today I waited TWENTY MINS in the DRIVE THRU (mostly waiting behind the car in front of me). When I was finally next at the window the employee did apologize for the wait but then didn’t know which order was mine and tried to give me someone else’s order on accident twice. The food was good but by the time I got it, it was lukewarm. I honestly would have gone inside to eat if I knew the drive thru would take that long. I would have left the line if I could but I was trapped. Good food but there needs to be more urgency and better organization at this location. There’s no point in having a drive thru if it’s gonna take longer than going inside.

Poor service. Long wait, employees unfriendly. I’ll no coming back again.

I absolutely love this spa clinic! They do an amazing job with eyebrows, and their facial treatments always leave my skin glowing and refreshed. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the entire team is professional, kind, and attentive. I didn’t get the name of the girl who helped me on Wednesday at 7:00 a.m., but she was so patient and kind. She packed everything with such care and delicacy for my corporate event, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Every visit feels relaxing and special. Highly recommend!

Manager has a very nasty attitude with customers. Rest of staff are nice. However the short manager is very rude and unwelcoming. Will not be coming back to this location.

This was my first time eating at this Panera from Pennsylvania as someone who lives in Florida for the winter. A few weeks ago, my grandma and I decided to go to Panera for lunch together. This Panera is in a very convenient location for us and the food was very good. You get a nice portion and the food is fresh and hot (if you order hot food) when it's served to you. The staff was also very nice and helpful. I forgot my glasses on the day that we went in so the male manager who waited on us was very nice and helped me to understand the menu better. This is one of the best Panera's that we've been to and we will be returning again in the future.

My wife and I have been to many Panera in many states. This location has consistently good iced coffee. It is strong but smooth. The Celebration and Davenport locations can't hold a candle to this place. Celebration's is ok and Davenport's is lighter than tea. Keep up the good work. There are not many Panera locations that can compete with you.

Slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. 45 minutes for a mobile order Mac n cheese is insane

The ACTUAL manager was slamming things around and throwing a fit!! Looks like all the staff were very friendly and were held to a standard bc everyone was dressed appropriately. Manager on the other hand had loose fit shirt and loose pants with apron. Just like her attitude, it was not presentable nor professional. I asked the staff who the manager was - I had to laugh bc it was absurd. She made it uncomfortable for me and I am sure with the rest of the guests who were observing her actions. We had a simple issue, it did not need to be a bigger issue. Scolding at her employee for simply doing her job in front of customers is not only embarrassing but also unprofessional. Many places deserve a 5 star review, I am a true believer of that: these people work hard to serve. That manager was not setting the right example to her staff. I am still laughing now. I’m from Virginia, maybe Orlando is just different.

Waiting way too long in the drive through line specially during rush hour.
