no good my friend pague 40 por una pizza extra grande me dijeron que en 30 mitos iba a llegar y llegaron ala ora y media la pizza perecía que lo sacaron de refrigerador y aparte el la pizza no era parecía la pizza que pedí que maldito coraje me dio llegó toda revuelta y lasta le sacaron un pedazo

I ordered through Uber, and spent $44 for 2 pizzas. I spent $5 for extra cheese, neither of them had much cheese at all. The dough was soggy, it was not fully cooked, and calling the manager at the store resulted in me being hung up on when I explained the issue. I called, back, left on infinite hold. There is a reason Papa John's is failing.

I used to order Papa John’s 2–3 times a month, but after my experience in July 2025 I will never order from them again. While staying at the World Center Marriott in Orlando, my delivery was sent to the wrong hotel. When I called, they asked if I wanted the driver to pick the pizza up from that hotel and bring it to me, which I found completely unacceptable. I requested a refund instead, was promised one, and never received it. I escalated the issue to the corporate office and they again promised a refund that still has not been issued. I had to pay for another meal that night, and Papa John’s has refused to make this right, so they’ve lost a loyal customer.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Papa John’s. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but when I tried to call the store to get it fixed, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. All I wanted was to have my order remade correctly so I could come back and pick it up, but the lack of communication and customer service made the situation even more frustrating. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple order corrected. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ordering from this location again.

After the Renovation they have really stepped up in service 🙌🏼

They were super quick with my pizza, and when I asked to purchase an extra garlic butter (I had my change all ready to go), he said "Don't worry about it, how many do you need?" And I said I only needed one extra, and he just grabbed two and gave them to me with no hesitation. Pizza was amazing and hot. 🥰

They were super rude and didn’t deliver our pizza and was not listening to our concerns and was shown being racist don’t order here
