The most recent reviews here are worse than the older ones — 3.6 against 4.6. How guests are treated tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.1 stars. After that, speed of service appears most often — 26% of the corpus, averaging 3.7.
16 of 23 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 5 are two or lower. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 13 of the 23 reviewers who rated. Freshness and temperature shows up in 22% of reviews as well, averaging 4.2.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 3 basic violations. That inspection was on January 8, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 72% of the restaurants we score. Among the items recorded were wiping cloths and plumbing installed & maintained.
Neither signal is decisive on its own here, which is why both are shown. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Went to peach valley Cafe on Tuesday 6/23/2026. It wasn't a great experience at all. For the record this isn't my first time, have been coming to this restaurant for some years now and have never been disappointed. Food has always been amazing and so has the service. This time my cousin and I came specifically for the biscuits and gravy since I had it last time and she was dying to get it this time. First we were seated at a "booth" and the other had chairs which wouldn't have been so bad except we had this big pole attached to our table or right at the table. Then our server Nani came and we got drinks and were able to order right away, then it just went downhill from there. After waiting for a while I finally got her attention and asked where our food was, sausage gravy and biscuits and an extra sausage patty. She said let me check, then she finally brought it, no sausage, but said it was almost done. At first I thought it must have been a kitchen issue, however since we were sitting where we could see the kitchen it wasn't sitting on the counter waiting for her, but I think she didn't put the order in right away. She came back with the sausage and we never saw her again. No drink refills, no checking to see if we needed anything else. We had to ask another waitress for to go containers. We sat a little longer waiting for our check and nothing, still didn't come to check on us. We got up and had to ask to please get our bill so I could pay and leave and the ladies we asked…

Great place. Delicious food 😋 Especially the Hot peach honey chicken sandwich. Been back a couple times for it. Great service. Nice place.

Crystal has got to be the most caring and helpful server I've ever seen. She was very informative and showed alot of attention to our table. Will definitely be coming back for more of her excellent service

I ordered a turkey rueben and it was decent. Not the best I have ever had but seriously not bad. Fries were crispy and the coffee was average.

Has anyone been to peach valley on orange avenue ?? The manager lady there is weird i am not sure why they messed up our order and she would not refund us she was actually very rude and kinda racist to us I do not appreciate that and will be reporting this to corporate we all witnesses this and the whole group is doing reviewed and making reports on this matter .

This is my second time coming; the food always hits and it’s pretty quick service. We went on a Sunday and waited about 20 minutes to get seated. They were pretty busy, but the wait time was only 15 to 20 minutes. They took our orders pretty quickly and within another10 to 15 minutes we received our food. Everything was great. I do have to deduct points because even though we were still working on our food, our waitress kept trying to usher us out. In a nice way, but still, it was pretty awkward. The third time she came around, she brought one of the managers and she was definitely trying to get us out. We were literally only there sitting and eating for about 30 minutes. I don’t think I’ll be back for a while; that definitely needs to change. I understand being there an hour or more without ordering food, but only 30 minutes and you’re trying to kick us out? Not OK.

Lovely place menu looks great. The timing on getting your food is terrible. I ordered the Philly steak and egg croissant it came literally cold and cold steak is awful. I asked them to remake it please and they microwaved it. I did not come from Clearwater for microwaved food. My daughter’s food was fine the ordered pancakes but for me I was very disappointed. Thank you dawn for checking on my concern but after two attempts to bring me decent hot food I’m just ready to go.

They don't change the oil ,in thier cooking, its recycled in a bin ,black bin ,..so your eating food that been deep fried in used oil probably 1 a year , the problem is, it's going to get you sick 😫....its called" inflammation"....and maybe cancer

Absolutely delicious!! First time visiting and I cannot wait to come back. I had the fried pork chop breakfast with eggs, home fries, biscuit and sausage gravy. Pork Chop was fried perfectly. Eggs and home fries were great but the biscuit and gravy? AMAZING!! So buttery, soft and the gravy had lots of sausage bits and great flavor. If anyone sees this, I highly recommend getting a biscuit with gravy. Keep it up, Peach Valley!

Stay away buyer beware first of all 43$ for three ham egg and cheese on white toast 43$ Read that again secondly I asked for salt and pepper on the sandwiches pretty simple request I was told when I got there they're not allowed to put salt and pepper on your sandwich but you better believe when they're cooking other meals they put salt and pepper in them can you even imagine 43 dollars for three sandwiches and they won't even put salt and pepper on the sandwich Never ever again And if I were you reading this I wouldn't be there either

The waiter James was excellent and so was every meal and drink! Join the wait list for weekends to expedite the wait, the experience is worth the wait. There's bench seating in the waiting area. They're very good for large parties and food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. This is my fav breakfast spot in Orlando. I highly recommend the biscuits (thick, flaky and buttery), steak and margarita. All of the staff are friendly and seem happy to work there.

We hosted a gathering of ten individuals and the peach tree graciously accommodated us. The food was of exceptional quality, promptly served and everyone enthusiastically greeted the assistant waitress.

This was my first time here, most places I go to I am very skeptical about their sweet tea. But as a sweet tea connoisseur I must say one of the best sweet teas ever. The omelet was by far the best, and don't let me get started on the Apple Fritters. Whew. Put a few more notches on your belts ladies and gentlemen.

Had the chicken and waffles and the chicken while seasoned perfectly - were very, very “chewy!” The waffles were missing or made with water versus buttermilk. The manager concurred with the texture of chicken (they took them off the bill). Customer service interaction was excellent! They need to work on the chicken! We will take some time off before we return.

We waited quite a while for a table, but that's to be expected with a large party but otherwise everything was lovely!
-
Lots of great selections a bunch of pros working there. They have it down
