Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Across 23 reviews, opinion here is genuinely mixed. Opinion on service is split — those reviews land at 3.8 on average. After that, whether food comes out hot appears most often — 22% of the corpus, averaging 2.8.
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (13 reviews). Older reviews score better than newer ones (3.7 recent against 4.4 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. A third strand, plate size, appears in 17% of them at 4.0 stars.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (92/100) with 1 intermediate and 5 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on December 8, 2025. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 49% of graded kitchens in Orange County. The citations behind that grade include handwashing and wiping cloths.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. Everything above is computed from the 23 reviews reproduced below.

My experience was fine. The brownie would have been better if it was warm. So cold and not tasty.. The Sierra Mist tastes like pure syrup no carbonation at all. It was watered down syrup drink. The show itself was good.

Really disappointed to write this review. We came with 2 kids and an infant. They sat us all the way in the top back red section (arguably hardest place to settle an infant) and basically forgot about us. Server NEVER checked on us. We had salads served and still no drinks at all. Server would slam things down and not say a word. After the salads I asked if I could order appetizers and he told me it was too late? He never asked if we wanted them?? I asked multiple times to order wine and he kept saying the bartender would come around (she didn't) I upgraded $30 (so about $90 total) for surf & turf and it was cold. At check-in I asked if I could get a gluten free desert & they said yes they have a GF brookie (great!) well, desert comes and server slams down bowl of fruit and says kitchen is out of brookies. Lady was hassling us about pictures and when I went to buy them was so rude I ended up not getting them. Servers/workers were awful and rude and it's sad bc I feel like it could be a really fun place if it weren't for that! Would never spend my money here again. $400 wasted!!!!

Buen show y algunos del público los ponen a participar!

First. Shout out the cast the chefs the bartenders and the servers. Special shout out to Carlos Maldonado in section A3??? I could be wrong haha but thanks for the speedy and very friendly service. If I could give this more stars I would. This was by far an amazing experience from the actors to the servers to the last bit of gift items, it was all a 20/10 stars experience. First we got there late but they were very happy to still assist us we then met our server Carlos huge shout out to him he gave us drinks quick and our food was just as quick he noticed we had our younger one with us and had the bartender come to us. By far the best experience we’ve had in Florida so far. Going home to recommend this place to anyone who has kids

Such an amazing experience. Very interactive. My family loved it.

Food was bland (chicken and veggies). Mashed potatoes ok. We came for the show not food. We’ve been here before and have had exceptional attention from server during previous visits. Our server today was very dry, short, forgot utensils, no refills… during previous visits they are friendly and charismatic with our kids. Today felt like our presence was a bother.

Fun place. It was a great show and the food was good. They have other options besides the meal for the show.

We had a fun evening at Pirates Dinner Adventure in Orlando. The live pirate show was entertaining, with sword fights, acrobatics, music, and plenty of audience participation that kept both kids and adults engaged. The pirate ship and indoor lagoon create an impressive atmosphere that adds to the adventure. The food was decent and the service was friendly, though the show is definitely the main attraction.

Great show and the kids loved it

My kids had a blast here. The food was pretty good, and the storyline was entertaining. Very fun and included a large number of the audience in the show.

What an awesome show. Great entertainment and a fun time.

Show was great. Food was ok ok. Basic mash potato/chicken. Had no issues reserving the spots. Spoke to them on the phone. Had bought a groupon. Was able to use that. But they charge some processing fees/tax approx $10 per person for misc charges on top of groupon ticket. Long wait time for phone in the evening but had no issues when I made the reservation during the morning. Service was below par atleast for us. We reached exact on time due to traffic delay (website recommended coming early). We had already bought tickets and had spoken to them about reservation on the phone. Even though there was no line - check in took several minutes. It was weekday and half of the place was empty. Our assigned seats were in a corner and stage wasn't properly visible. We asked to switch the seats as there were lot of empty tables/seats. But multiple employees said no and said they would ask the manager but never did - show was already starting. Then we moved to another spot on our own and manager came after 20-25 mins and said the seats were reserved for a group who was coming late. Show had already started - no one would come this late. Moved us to another spot while the show was ongoing. And ofcourse those seats remained empty. Management was kind of poor.

It's really fun, wish the food was better, considering the price, but it's not great. But it's allot of fun.

Go team purple and our fearless leader Saxon! We highly recommend visitors and natives of Orlando see the Pirates Dinner Theater show. From the moment we entered the parking lot, the cast was busy greeting us “in character”. The staff was professional and kind as we checked in. We enjoyed mingling with the cast and learning the pirate dance from the Orange Pirate. The well-rounded diverse talent of the cast was amazing and entertaining. The acting, singing, acrobatics, staging, and set supported a high quality performance that included audience members (adults and children) in multiple aspects of the show. We chose the standard chicken meal which was good. The Cesar salad was fresh with the chicken, potatoes, and vegetables hot and nicely seasoned. The dessert was a brownie thoughtfully plated with a decorative swirl of chocolate syrup. There are meal adjustments and upgrades available (for an added fee) for those interested. The audience was invited to take pictures and interact with the cast after the show was over. I think that was an extra fee also. We respect the hustle! If you haven’t seen this show, do yourself a favor and visit the Pirates Dinner Theater. This exuberant cast will leave you dancing and singing as you leave.

Green view badly obstructed. Hard to hear what’s going on. Music pretty boring. Chicken meal was good. Pretty sure the table mat has a picture of a young Chevy chase and Susan Sarandon. Not sure tho. Altogether was meh.

I went her for my birthday with a big group of friends. The show is mehh, it seems like they are all performers who didn’t make it to bigger venues. But it was fine. My complaint is this place is a huge scam! Bought tickets on Groupon, so they are discounted however when you call to put in your reservation it’s not a fluid easy thing. We were 8 everyone purchased their own tickets they wants the confirmation numbers from every ticket, called 5-6 times to finally get the reservation in because the call center is in India it seems language barrier hard to hear, when we got the local location it was a bit easier. Then they wanted to charge an additional tax of $9 per ticket the tickets were $50 why is it $9 in taxes, then they charge you $8 per person for the tip okay fine until the meal is over and the serve comes out with another $8 per person gratuity and you also need to pay parking which I think was $9-10 each car!! Be mindful theirs better things to do than this! We also got a birthday cake it was an additional $30 it tasted like refrigerator!!!!! Absolutely disgusting no one ate it! It was stale and had strawberry jam on top! Awful!!
