Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. How guests are treated is the sore point: those reviews average 2.5. Speed of service is the next most common subject, in 25% of reviews (averaging 2.0).
1 star is the modal score, given by 8 of the 20 reviewers who rated. Behind those, portion size is raised in 15% of reviews (2.3 average). 11 of 20 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 9 are two or lower.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. That inspection was on December 18, 2025. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Everything above is computed from the 20 reviews reproduced below.

Horrible Food
-
Ordered very late at night and they did not disappoint ☆☆☆☆☆
-
We arrived to eat—there were six of us—and the place was empty, yet they wouldn't let us sit at a large table! The woman who served us wanted us all to squeeze into a table for four, even though the place was empty.

La atención super espectacular

So the door says Dining Room closes at midnight, so explain to me why I couldn’t eat inside at 11:15 PM? The very rude and racist employee basically told me to pick up my food and leave? Why? Because I’m White. There was a Hispanic family being served their food when the rude employee was telling me to get my food and leave. Here’s a great idea, fire everyone and start over. Until then I won’t be back.

Carry out pizza was great.
-
Went into shop first, staff just ignored me, then I ordered online, might be my fault but the portions where shocking, pizzas where smaller than my hand, never in any other part of the world are default pizza so small, place is a joke, I couldn't even have pizza cox portion was so small, I let family eat instead of me,

Quiet bit the food and service were superb.
-
Elicia is the best and she recommended the garlic Parm with lemon pepper on my wings and it was fire. Definitely would come back.
-
Fast Comfortable Very testy pizza and Caesar salad! Thank you, Kisha! :)
-
I made the order for takeaway. Great service from the manager Juli

The pizza itself was really good no complaints there. However, the breadsticks were a letdown. They weren’t very appetizing to look at and the sauce on top just didn’t do them any favors in presentation or taste. For a place that does pizza this well, I expected more from the breadsticks. Overall still a solid spot worth visiting, just maybe skip the breadsticks and stick to what they do best

Great tasting ice cream. A very large selection to choose from. Parking is limited. But you can sit outside or inside to enjoy this delicious dessert 🍨
-
Horrible place plus we ordered a pickup and nobody was there they took long to get our pizza and we sit at the table and they told us to get out bc we were eating on the table with the box of pizza stupid.
-
We did a carry-out order at the Pizza Hut on 9100s International Drive. After noticing the restaurant was empty, we decided to sit inside and eat. We waited a long time for the pizza, and once we were seated, the manager argued that we couldn’t eat at the table with the carry-out boxes—despite the boxes being from Pizza Hut. It made no sense. The experience left us with a very poor impression, and we cannot recommend this location.

The staff of this male store is the worst of all those I have visited the treatment to the drivers who like them are doing their job is a mockery with their time and treatment 0 in attention as delivery and as a customer
-
No es más el pizza Hut de los años 90 o 2000. Quedan pocos locales y no mismos no fueron modernizados. Las barritas saladas son un 10. La pizza me decepcionó
-
Service sucked but our server knew that and made it light and fun 😁. Food was really gross. But I had a good time.

What happened at this location was not a simple mistake — it was a clear example of an operation that is out of control, lacking leadership, and delivering completely unacceptable service. I placed two separate orders using valid promotions from T-Mobile Tuesdays. One was honored correctly. The second, under the exact same conditions, was not. Mistakes can happen — what followed is what makes this unacceptable. My wife went to pick up the order and was treated from the start with a cold, dismissive, and uninterested attitude. When my wife tried to explain the issue: • She was ignored as if her time had no value • She was left waiting over 15 minutes with no resolution • She was told directly that “no one was going to help her” • Staff refused to properly verify a valid promotion • They implied she was trying to get “free food,” despite having paid and having valid codes All of this happened while she was alone in the car with our baby crying in the back seat. That is not poor service — that is a complete lack of judgment, respect, and basic human decency. But it gets worse. My wife is a Spanish speaker. Although she can communicate in English, she was not given the time or willingness to properly explain herself. It was clear that because she did not speak perfect English, she was dismissed, ignored, discriminated, and not taken seriously. That is unacceptable in any setting. And yes — it comes across as discriminatory treatment. To make matters worse: When she asked to…
