I am from IL. We always make a point to stop by at this location Pollo Tropical. The service is always so good and food is always good. But today the chicken , beans and burrito was so steamy hot and with all the flavors popping on my tongue..LOVED IT. Hot Fresh and Awsome flavors

This is not a bad place but it's staff it's not as professional we expect. I don't not recommend it

We used to love Pollo Tropical and we were sad when they left Jacksonville, so my wife suggested we go during our recent trip to Orlando. What a huge mistake! They no longer have mashed potatoes as a base option, plus they also removed the ability to make a custom bowl. We wanted yellow rice in a kid's meal, but we were told that was not an option (only white or brown rice). I ordered a 1/4 chicken meal with mac & cheese. I remember when the chicken was very moist and juicy, but this was the driest chicken I've ever had. The flavor was poor and it was very tough to eat. The fries were over cooked and our soda was also pretty flat. We also miss having a toppings bar with sauces. KFC is like 5-star dining compared to the meal I received (wish we had gone there instead!!). We will never return to this location due to the very poor experience.

Delicious and not super expensive. Ordered to go on the app and it was quick and easy. Everyone loved their food! The garlic cilantro sauce is everything!!

Food was decent for late night but service was not the best. My husband ordered a sandwich and we noticed how small the portion was compared to the bread/bun. We asked if he could have a little more meat to at least cover the bottom bun and were told no. Plus the restaurant was not clean. Food on floor and other small trash. If it wasn't late at night and we had other options, we would have left. However because of hungry teenagers, we stayed.

Our food was very good, even better than I remember. I haven't been to a Pollo in a long time since I moved out of state. My steak was tender and well marinated so was our chicken. All sides were good as well. The rest of my family ate here for the 1st time and loved it. Only problem we had was that most staff had a hard time understanding what we were asking for due to language barriers, and the fried Yuca was cold but still good.
