I just moved to Florida and enjoyed the food but both times I have ordered from This location they have forgotten my Chimichurri sauce, mind you I paid for it and drove 20 mins going and coming both times just to get home and be upset I’m missing the best part of my steak .

Llegué a las 10:30 pm solicité un numero 7 y realmente me sentí estafada me dieron una sobra de pedazos de pollo súper quemados que sinceramente no comí ni dos mordiscos de pollos, y para mi siempre a sido el mejor pero siento que ya cuando están por cerrar no dan un buen servicio a los clientes por querer cerrar y terminar

No sauces bad service guy in the drive thru no manners

costumer service is not good it seems to me that every employee there that has to deal with costumers need training again on what’s proper costumer service because they think they can give attitude and talk to people how ever they want

First time at this location and to say the least… IT WAS AMAZING. Best Pollo Tropical I’ve had in a long time. Super friendly employees, chill atmosphere, excellent food. Will definitely come again on my next Orlando adventure.

This is a solid fast food chicken restaurant. Good food. The cilantro sauce is the best I've had.

Delicious chicken flavor accompanied by Caribbean sides such as plantains, cassava, and black beans.

Pollo 🍗 tropical 🌴 is one of the best chicken 🐓 in the grill.

This place has improved dramatically and the food is delicious and cooked perfectly! Grateful for this location.

The food here it’s always really good, fresh. The cilantro garlic sauce it’s just amazing. Also really like the bowls and the cuatro leches it’s to die for.

It was just ok. The food was more expensive and not as good as I remembered. Lacking some sauces and out of some sides.

The young man at the register, Alexander, was very nice and accommodating. The portions are smaller than I remember, but still very fresh and good flavor.

I love this place, when come to lakeland? We need pollo tropical here.

Definitivamente uno de los mejores restaurantes de comida rápido, se siente como comer en casa, aunque se les denomina como un restaurante de Fast Food. Siempre me resuelve mis almuerzos o cuando no he preparado comida es lo que ordenamos en Casa para asegurarnos de qué estamos comiendo relativamente bien.
