The food was great; their pork is excellent. Ordered online and picked up through the drive thru window; I asked for three cups of water and got a weird look from the lady that handed me the food. Good experience otherwise.

Great food

The food is good and warm. The employees ate nice and friendly when they finally get to you. The wait is a bit too long because it appears they do not have enough employees to make the operation run a bit smoother and quicker. They do not seem to have enough seating for being in a tourist area. Could use a few more tables. They honor the reward system PT has.

Nijahlin is very nice and helpful. I had a great time here at Pollo Tropcial. One of the best I’ve ever visited.

If you’re on International Drive you must try, I never had a problem here. Chicken is always cooked to perfection and Customer Service is always pretty good.

It was my first time there, and even though there was a ton of food to pick from, it was a bit much. So many choices, but not much help for newbies. It felt like you were supposed to already know everything and how to order. The food was awesome, but some help or clearer signs would make it way better for new people. It's always packed, so get ready to wait in line for a bit.
