Not a bad place but they messed up my order. Only reason for 3 stars instead of 4.

Ordered family whole chicken; would've been ok if the rice container wasn't 1/2 empty. As usual, rolls were stale. Chicken tastes good though.

For fast food, it's a fast food five stars. Grilled chicken is a much healthier meal than McDonald's! I will definitely be going back.

I always go to this pollo tropical at least once a week and everytime I get my food from Santiago at the drive through he always gets my order right and nothing is ever left out. He gives me the best chicken and always has a smile on his face he’s very sweet and give the best customer service. Thank you Santiago!!!!

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Santiago at the drive-thru. His demeanor came across as unprofessional and disengaged, which negatively impacted the overall customer experience. Honestly, I wouldn’t have him working the drive-thru.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during my recent trip to Orlando. While the food was excellent and everything was served fresh, the service is what truly sets this place apart. I want to give a special shoutout to Victoria, the cashier, she was incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout my visit. It’s rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in their work, and her welcoming attitude made a huge difference. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to the city!
