Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Reviews mentioning the staff average 2.9 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, freshness appears most often — 21% of the corpus, averaging 3.0.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 19. Behind those, pacing is raised in 16% of reviews (2.3 average). 11 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from June 12, 2026. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Great place to eat when visiting orlando florida Eastside.
-
Today's visit was garbage. At least the food. Two bites then trashed it...
-
never been to a fast food place that is strict on the chicken and doesn’t let you customize an order. terrible
-
They literally gave Hispanic people their food first after me. I had a tropichop order and the Hispanics after me had a large order. I had to go up to the counter and ask for my food. The young Latina woman with the silver belt literally gave preference to her own race and forgot about me. Don't go there unless you are Hispanic. You will get treated bad.

The best pollo in the planet
-
The food was delicious and the staff courteous.
-
The absolute worst location. Avoid at all costs. Staff is barely competent.
-
The service here is absolutely terrible. They consistently miss items, overcook or undercook food. I recently ordered some cheesy yucca bites, but they were missing from my order. I went back and waited about seven minutes for them to fry them in my car, only to find that they were still frozen inside when I took a bite out of them when I got home.

Feels like going over to my mother's house for home cooked chicken and pork!
-
Fast service and great prices!

I do not know how they stay in business. Everybody's attitude was awful. Accept the young guy running the. Register flow didn't care Throwing the food around if I was the owner, I would fire every one of them, except the cashier, it's a wonder that place stays open
