Friendly service. The staff checked multiple times if I was good while dining in. My fries were hot and fresh. My chicken was nice and crispy. Absolutely satisfied a craving I was having for a while.

On 6/22/2026 I stopped at this popeyes snuggly located on Lee Rd at 10 am because I wanted fresh food. I was greeted by store manager Bacari with the warmest greeting I Knew they had just opened so I was patient and she was outstanding with her customer service and it put a wide smile on my face. My food was fresh and hot like I expected. They were also doing detailed cleaning which was a touch to show how they value their store. I will be returning.

Kim is a beautiful star thats shine all Popeyes.she is a real credit and a wonderful reflection on the restaurant I love her and this why I come to Popeyes

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Kim at the drive-thru window absolutely made my visit worth it. She was so friendly, kind, and surprisingly knowledgeable — she answered every question I had without missing a beat and did it all with a genuinely warm attitude. That kind of energy is rare, especially in fast food. Kim is exactly what great customer service looks like, and honestly she’s the reason I’ll be coming back to this specific location. Popeyes is lucky to have her! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Horrible customer service online order wasn't even completed workers playing around outside. Could have completed my order nasty attitude when told about if I didn't want my food because of the wait time that I could just take it. However, they give it to me horrible service. Definitely, don't recommend one there.Manager sat back and laughed with them like it was a joke fire everyone

I stopped yesterday 5/24/26 with my friend by Popeyes 🍗 to try one of their new Classic Wraps 🌯, and it was absolutely delicious! 😋 Honestly, I wish I had ordered two 😂 because it was that good 💯. I also got the coleslaw 🥗 and rice & beans 🍛 as my sides, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful 👌🔥 What really stood out was the excellent customer service ⭐👏. The associate who helped us was very kind and respectful 😊. She greeted us right away 👋 and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted without feeling rushed ⏰👍 The restaurant itself was spotless ✨🧼 and very well maintained 🏆, which made the experience even better 😄. It’s been a while since I’ve visited Popeyes 🍗, but after this visit, I’ll definitely be returning again soon! 🙌❤️ thanks! 🙏

The lady taking who was taking the order was such in a rush. Food was made wrong.

My wife wanted some comfort food because she wasn’t feeling well. When I got to the window and ordered, miss Kim was so kind and so friendly and so helpful, that I just had to leave a review. Her assistant Frankie was also very nice and very helpful… Cordial. The food was absolutely fresh and delicious and I must say it’s rare that I have an experience this wonderful my hats off to Kim and Frankie.

Went through the drive thru earlier today and left wishing I never went at all. I didn't get the guys name that caused this that took our order, but he was younger and had dreads. We went up to the intercom, placed the order, and drove to the window. As we were driving to the window, my girlfriend and I heard him say "what the hell is their problem?!" as we pulled away. When we got to the window, there was no eye contact at all (his face was literally perpendicular to mine) and I thought he was talking to someone else placing an order about the drinks. "Mango lemonade and what else?..." (We didn't order mango lemonade) He repeated himself to whoever he was talking to, again with no eye contact (face still staring at the screen.. maybe talking to a different car still?).. He then turns to my girlfriend and I, yelling out the window with his arms open to us, yet somehow still not looking at us, about the same drinks. I apologized and told him I didn't know he was talking to us and then gave him the order again. I work in customer service and honestly he did an awful job. So bad, I thought I might as well write a comment on it. Getting fired sucks, but in a way I believe firing him would be better as he'd hopefully get a job somewhere else that he might actually enjoy. Somewhere he doesn't have to work with customers. That's all.

Best customer service I ever had At this Popeyes the lady’s who worked there was so sweet to my daughter and I highly recommend going to this restaurant
-
If I had to choose between KFC or POPEYES? Popeyes hands down. No doubt.

Staff is always nice and food is usually decent, but why have a drive through if you’re gonna make everyone park and wait or pull up to the front door and wait, so much time is wasted making employees walk back and forth to the parking lot one order at a time when they could be making orders. I was the only car when I drove through, but now I’m parked waiting with 4 other cars. I thought I was getting drive through fast food and that I’d be home by now, but nope… sitting here waiting for 15 minutes.

Made me sick from the food and then the woman there hit on my man eveytime we go there super disrespectful
