Good food. Good service
-
Just great for a meal. Especially when you don't feel like going in the kitchen to fixed the same exact thing. That u can get more quickly.

Everything it's always great there except maybe they may forget to put a condiment in the bag.But for the most part, I give them a 9+.

Ordered online and had it come through the drive-through for our order. They let us know they didn't have our entire order and that we would only be getting 8 of the 16 we ordered. They explained they had only a certain amount, which was understandable if we had to wait for more, but they were trying to give us things we didn't order or didn't want. We ended up pulling to the window to have someone explain that they only had 8 chicken wings and Breast all together and that they didn't have any more or were telling us how long it would take for them to make more. She ended up asking if we wanted to replace the rest with a different chicken and spice we did not ask for or want. After a certain time, we decided to ask if she could cancel our order, and she continued to tell us we had to do it through the app. Once we had to download the app and sign in the app and then went to go cancel the order they didn't have a choice of what we wanted because of incorrect items after more time they finally let us know how much longer the rest of the chicken we ordered would take. They ended up telling us to pull up to the double doors and wait for our order after finally being helped by someone. After we parked where he told us to wait we kept seeing cars get their order while we sat there waiting for 40+ minutes. We finally received our food after a while but still a little upset with the service and how they handled things

Its a Popeyes there foods good but they forget to give me honey packets.
-
The entire restaurant was filled with light smoke, making it hard to breathe, and the chairs were super sticky and uncomfortable. The drink fountains were broken, but at least the food was good.

This location specifically is my “main location” and this is my “go to location” whenever I’m hungry and craving that Popeyes chicken in. First thing first, you have to acknowledge the staff. Everyone down for the person working in the windows to the people that are cooking, from the personnel at the cash registers and at the drive-through, and even on the way up to the managers that you see on the floor, ensuring that everybody has the orders correctly assembled and promptly delivered… This is a first class operation, spectacular high-level, professionalism, and highly accountable. I’m on a First name basis with the staff here and they are relentlessly expeditious with their prompt delivery and highly efficient systematized approach to customer service and quality. On an ongoing basis, the overall experience here is and has always been consistently delightful, which pairs with a direct correlation in the personnel on staff which, I attribute to and recognize each one of the team members and management as top tier / high caliber / mission focused professionals who operate as an elite family unit. Yall come through everything. Treat everybody right and get the damn thang done the way it’s supposed to be executed. Another key component is the visibly representation of community support. The people who work here are the people we can relate to. Everybody here is family. Keep doing what you do and the only location on OBT worth mention will always be the location right here in…
