It would be very nice if you could get your order.The way you ordered it.It's very hard to get a two piece snack with two chicken breast.I understand you have to pay extra for the chicken breast, and they don't do it i will start sitting at the drive through window.The way y'all make us sit at the talk box because y'all don't want people sitting at the window, so you make em.Sit there, you take one order at a time.I will start setting at the window and checking my entire order.Before I drive away

My cashier Robert was amazing he was smiling from the time I walked until I leave even though it was super hot in the restaurant since their AC is out. His customer service is wonderful.

It was good when through the drive-through didn't have to stay too long

The most rudest manager ever….. 2 the employees mouths are reckless in front of customers….. literally I just want to know why even bother keeping it open…. The manager can’t hear and that’s the ridiculous part when he gets angry with you and can’t hear

Waited 30 mins and got old food hard biscuits chicken not cooked properly the only thing that was ok was the fries they lied and said we were getting fresh food and was met with rude workers except for one whoever the black man is who was working front counter at 6:02 June 12,2026 he was the only pleasant person everyone else was RUDE will not be returning DO NOT GO TO THIS POPEYES

Very happy with my visit at Popeyes today. Popeyes employee, Robert, greeted me the moment I walked in. Very energetic person. I can tell he works hard making customers feel right at home. I got my food fast. Food is also fresh.

You can't go wrong with their spicy fries chicken, the red beans and rice always hits the spot. The coleslaw is one of the few places I will eat it and that dry biscuit with honey is like no other. The food was good! The drive thru window staff was great. Thank you!

We ordered spicy 🔥 chicken & we got classic chicken instead this is not the first time it happened. The chicken wrap 🌯 didn't make it at all the chicken wasn't spicy 🔥 either. We called the restaurant & spoke to the manager she was nice about it but when we got the chicken was classic chicken & not spicy 🔥. SMH. You guys lost us a customer.

Drive thru ignored me when no one was answering the intercom. I called out nicely hello 3x and usually someone would say "please wait a moment".. navigate, single person answered and when I went up to the drive through window, the man told me that gold back around. And when I did go back around, he told me to wait and then, when he finally semi took my order interrupted when talking to a whole different customer.And it ignored me again

5/15/26 10:06 a.m my religion Rights was violated which I will be in contact with cooperate for further action regarding the incident..so I was refused service at this location by the manger because I wouldn't remove my hoodie because my turban was ruined on the way there...so I informed the manager do to my religion my head can not be exposed..My face was not covered and clearly visible for her and cameras can see... my face was clearly visible to all and she proceeded to still refuse service to me???? Saying safety issues but yet my face was clearly seen everyone, The hoodie was not overlapping my forehead nor pulled down to where anyone would have to question my appearance nor facial features. Even a customer was confused by the refusal after I stated and she repeated it was religion purposes...I stood in line like everyone else with my card in my hand how was i a threat in any way shape or form??? So now you guys have a problem with serving Muslims? I CLEARLY STATED RELIGION PURPOSES (CLEARLY). My face could be seen from each side up and down???? I didn't come to have my rights violated nor cause any trouble...I just wanted a chicken sandwich with extra ketchup and extra mayo??? And honestly I might have to take you legal action because I seriously wasn't causing a problem nor a disturbance nor was I acting suspicious...I was standing in line???. And an apology which you guys always send out but not correcting the situation isn't going to help this time around.

Let me tell you about this place right here the best Popeyes ever and I am from Ocala but I will definitely come back here their costumer service is amazing they are a great team and there. manager. Definitely know how to treat his workers. Because everyone there I mean was very nice respectful courteous and that’s how buisness work thank you for your. The staff here are incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Just go to the one up the street the staff here is very disrespectful. I promise you you’re better off just driving 5mins up the street.
