What diners say — our read

Whatever the overall score says, the last stretch of reviews is the weaker one. Reviews mentioning how food arrives average 3.8 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.

The split is 13 positive to 3 negative across 18 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 12 of 18. What nobody raises here is tidiness — it goes unmentioned across all 18 reviews.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (92/100), with 8 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from November 4, 2025. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 49% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Ordered a Fettuccine Alfredo al carbonara chicken. The pieces of the chicken weren't cut to smaller size which made it difficult to cut and mix with the pasta. Chef please make sure that the chicken is sliced properly.

Tonight was my first night trying this pizzeria and I left very disappointed. I ordered a salad where on the menu it said it had all these veggies and when I got the salad it was all lettuce and one cucumber and one tomato. Then comes the pizza…I ordered a veggie pizza and it was supposed to come with broccoli…the pizza arrived and there were hardly any veggies on it and no broccoli. I should have said something but I was in a rush. Will not be back here. I was expecting a lot more from this family owned business. Don’t waste your time there’s much better pizzerias in the area.

Definitely made the top of my list of pizza spots I have found in Orlando. Awesome slice of pizza. Former New yorker approved 🤌🏽👍🏽.

I’m a give 5 stars because every time I’ve eaten here the pizza was great but tonight you guys dropped the ball on me but I’m a classy person and don’t give low stars for one bad day we all have them but step it up I’ve been eating pizza my whole life and I know when a pizza comes cold. My wife doesn’t let me eat pizza all the time so when I do I shouldn’t get a cold pie. I’m 0.9 away less than a mile.

Staying in an hotel near by, I took 3 hours before they showed up with a very ordinary taste. We ate at 11:00pm Please avoid them!!

Pizza is good but it took them 1 hour and 45 mins to deliver a pizza a mile away. If I wasn’t having a blood sugar low I world have picked it up. The pizza was for my elderly 87 year old mother who also, suffers from diabetes. The pizza was cold and when I called they couldn’t even be courteous enough to offer anything for the inconvenience. Not looking for freebies but that is how you lose customers. Horrible. They just lost a customer.

Proccolino’s is my everyday spot for pizza and pasta. Their style is New York–Italian, and it really shows in the quality and flavor. This restaurant is family-owned, and you’re truly treated like family. One visit is all it takes for them to remember you. My favorite appetizers are the garlic knots and the wings. Be adventurous with the wing sauces—my personal favorite combination is BBQ and garlic mixed together. You’ll be licking your fingers. My favorite pizza is their “Hot Honey Roni Pizza,” hands down the best one in Orlando. They’ve perfected it: cup-and-char pepperoni, the perfect ratio of mozzarella and fresh mozzarella, finished with a drizzle of hot honey. Some of my other go-to dishes are the Penne Vodka and the Parmigiana. Seriously, once you come to Proccolino’s, you’ll be coming back again and again.

Crispy wings, cheesy pizza and hearty Philly fries! I will be coming back to try other plates.

I hadn’t been here in awhile but it is always a delicious place to visit. Pizza is top notch and the eggplant parmigiana is one of the best around. I recommend this place if you are looking for really good Italian cuisine. Many options and very affordable.

I think this is my new favorite. I had a pepperoni and it had great flavor. And the service is friendly.
