One subject runs through these 18 reviews more than any other: front-of-house. The staff cuts both ways here, averaging 3.3 among the reviews that raise it. Plate size follows at 22% of reviews, where ratings average 4.8.
14 of 18 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 3 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 18. Whether food comes out hot shows up in 17% of reviews as well, averaging 4.7.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (95/100), with 1 intermediate and 2 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from March 12, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 61% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.

This is SUCH a cute pub.. We came here while on vacation, and instant loved the decor. The food was absolutely delicious. The goat cheese appetizer was light and a great compliment to the warmed naan. The corn beef in the Reuben spring rolls was so tender. The juice was literally dripping down my hands on the BBQ burger. The fish and chips was perfection. The batter was thin, light, and crispy. It was not oily at all. Other places slather the fish in a super thick batter than falls off or gets soggy. I am so glad this was not the case. Randy, our waiter, was personable and very attentive. I look forward to coming back.

great place to drink for brits abroad feels like home

The service I received today was disgusting. They were rude because I asked how long the order was gonna take. When we address complaints to management, they basically do not care. I do not recommend

The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) recently hosted our monthly mixer at The Pub Orlando, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hospitality provided by the entire team was exceptional, creating a welcoming atmosphere that allowed our members and guests to connect, network, and truly enjoy the evening. A special thank you to Arela Martinez for her outstanding support and coordination throughout the planning process. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail helped make the event a great success. We highly recommend The Pub Orlando for networking events, social gatherings, and corporate functions. We look forward to partnering with them again in the future!

The Pub at Pointe Orlando has been absolutely fantastic! Our team has eaten there many times throughout the buildout and opening of our new studio at Pointe Orlando, and every visit has been a great experience. The food is always excellent, the service is friendly, and the team is consistently professional and welcoming. We have also started using The Pub for catering for our guests, and they have been outstanding to work with. Everything has been handled smoothly, the presentation has been great, and our guests have really enjoyed it. A huge thank you to The Pub team for being such a great partner and neighbor here at Pointe Orlando. Highly recommend them for a meal, a team outing, or catering needs!

The server!!! This is exactly why I don’t go out anymore! She came took our drink order and then never returned! My only assumption was bc we were not drinking alcohol. I had to find another server to find her after 25mins!! I was trying to be patient we were there for a game I was like maybe she’s busy. She kept walking by and just ignoring us. Finally her our order in, I was missing one of the things I ordered. She checked immediately after food arrived and never returned. No drink refills we had no utensils or napkins, we were six she brought us 3 roll ups for us to use, what about the other people!! So they never got napkins! After 1.5 she comes to removed the plates from the table, one didn’t even eat their food at all she didn’t notice didn’t ask. Unreal experience! Not at all what I had expected she really ruined this place for me! I could see the server next to us was very attentive and around all the time I should have just asked them to transfer the table to him!

Great Atmosphere and Tasty Food, Though a Bit Pricy I recently visited The Pub in Orlando and had a solid experience. The atmosphere is fantastic—it has a really authentic British pub vibe that makes it a great spot to hang out. The food was good overall. I ordered the fish and chips (the medium portion), and it was well-cooked, crispy, and satisfying. We also tried the chicken tikka; while the flavors were spot on and it tasted really nice, the portion size was definitely on the small side. It is a little expensive for what you get, but given the great location and the quality of the food, it’s worth a visit. Just keep an eye on the portion sizes for certain dishes!

June 2026. A quick overnight during budgets. 7 of us had supper and drinks here. Good to get to know some is the new guys on the team!
-
Great large scale British style pub. And yes we had the fish & chips. I would agree the dish is one of the best versions of fish and chips I've had.
-
Absolutely delicious fish and chips! Perfectly cooked, balanced seasoning and just right flaky fish, crispy outside. Chips fantastic as well. But on the pricey side but worth it!

This my husbands and my first time here. The waitress was good at coming to the table but not very helpful with our questions and wasn’t very personable. We got the pot roast and shepherds pie. The pot roast was very good. The shepherds pie was the most disgusting thing we have ever got from a restaurant and my husband got sick from eating it. I do not think it was as good anymore, it tasted rotten. After telling the waitress several times about it she finally talked to someone. Luckily we were not charged for it. If there is any question, get the pot roast.

I can't emphasize enough how good the service was at The Pub. We held our first company mixer there and it couldn't have went smoother, from start to finish. The staff were incredible to both myself as the host, as well as all of our attendees. Would recommend by ten-fold!

Being from Europe, I went for the safer option of the chicken tikka masala, especially as American food—particularly here in Orlando—tends to be very salty. The waitress was amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching some live European football while I ate.

We have a convention near this restaurant every year during the Memorial Day holiday. This is the 'go to' place for lunch and dinner. This year they did not have enough food to accommodate the patrons. They are a 'Pub' but did not have Bangers and Mash, Shepards Pie or soups. The staff is great, but poor planning by the Management left us very disappointed. We may not visit them next year.

Frank was a great waiter and made good recommendations!
