Very organized and clean. Staff super friendly. Definitely the best Qdoba i’ve been to!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Qdoba location. The employee named Rebecca was rude and unprofessional during our visit. I noticed that she was friendly and polite with other customers, but when I simply mentioned that the prices here seemed higher than what I’m used to in Arizona, she responded in a sharp and unfriendly manner. Another upsetting situation happened when my 4-year-old child went to get some water and accidentally poured soda instead. Rebecca approached me in an irritated and upset tone, even though he is just a young child who made an honest mistake. The situation could have been handled much more kindly and professionally. In addition, the food was disappointing. It did not taste fresh, lacked flavor, and overall was not enjoyable. Unfortunately, this was a very negative experience from both the customer service and the food quality. I would not return to this location again.

The staff is awesome. Very efficient. Fast service very friendly. The food is great quality. I highly recommend this location.

The staff was helpful and kind. We were visiting from out of town and wanted something fresh but quick. The ingredients were fresh and the steak was so soft.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Steve, which I later found out was the manager, was very nice and gave great recommendations for our order. We’re from out of town and wasn’t really familiar with Qdoba. But Steve stepped in and made it a seamless process. Super grateful

Excellent food portion and options. Great ambience

ROBERT AND CRYSTAL attended us and they were WONDERFUL. I cannot emphasize this enough!! We came in close to closing and knew we were cutting it close. We felt bad to be those customers but they welcomed us as soon as we came in the door and handled our large order with not only willingness but a kindness. These staff members were so amazing and truly made our experience even better. I never write these reviews but we wanted to make sure these team members were recognized for not only their efficiency and overall professionalism but as well as their kindness, compassion, and respect.

Service is Terrible. The black guy there is not welcoming at all.

i went to this qdoba last night and dare i say it was the nicest staff of people i’ve ever interacted with in this city. the kindness and customer service was super refreshing. i was having a bad night and this staff really turned it around. all the staff and specifically the ladies working the evening of april 27th deserve a raise in my opinion

Good food and spacious location plenty of seating inside and out. It is very close to a extremely busy intersection/close to Disney so the only drawback is depending on the time of day it might be difficult getting in/ out of however plenty of options in every direction to do a U-turn. Definitely worth the effort though.
