The worst hotel ever, do not stay here. Any other hotel on International Drive would be a better choice for you to stay at.

The managers both Romel and Deborah were rude and disrespectful due to them lacking on staff to have your bedrooms ready spite it was after 4 which checking is at 4....they said the room isn't ready and instead of upgrading they down graded us being diamond members these rooms where booked in months of advance and due to there negligence or not having enough staff to clean and prep rooms they rather tell there customers to take it or leave it these 2 characters they call managers are nothing but rude and un professional there action are an embarrassment and shameful that the customer relations are in the negatives I am extremely unsatisfied with my stay and they way they handle my business

Stayed here for the past week, and thoroughly enjoyed it. When we first checked in there was an issue due to our airline not sending over our booking confirmation, the staff were really helpful and tried there best with us, even though it wasn’t an issue of theirs. Our room was very clean, a perfect size, and the A/C was absolutely amazing. The location is really good, you have a few stores, a 24/7 arcade nearby, and many gift shops. The beds are some of the comfiest beds i’ve slept in, and the maintenance men who worked here were always smiling and polite! The pool area was really nice and well kept. The only slight downsides are that the rooms get cleaned only every 3 days, so you can run out of towels and toilet roll quickly, the bedding doesn’t smell the freshest, but over all, it’s a very good hotel, and i’d most definitely stay here again. For universal park lovers, it’s only a quick 5min drive to the Universal studios park, Island of adventure + Volcano Bay water park!

The hotel is beautiful, and for the price you pay, it offers great value. I arrived late on Saturday night, and the woman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She provided exceptional customer service and made me feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Overall, I had a great experience, location is perfect and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Orlando.

No vengan a este hotel la atención súper mal venimos de Chicago cuando reservamos nunca nos dijeron que de piso 9 hacia abajo no podíamos usar el GYM tocaba pagar un extra para poder usar las cosas que normalmente trae un hotel. No les recomendó este hotel ahí mucho hoteles más Económicos y super buenos la comida es solo huevos cocidos y cereal así de que piensen antes de resecar en este hotel RAMADA.

The service has been ok, when you ask for help, it seems that you are an inconvenience more than a welcomed guest. I asked for a couple plastic spoons during the day, and they made me feel like I was over stepping and asking for way more. They got them for me, but told me they wouldn't do it again, that they were for the breakfast.

Apesar da boa localização, tivemos uma experiência lamentável com uma funcionária da recepção do hotel, no dia 03/06 às 9 p.m., extremamente desrespeitosa e mal educada. Humilhou meu pai na frente de outros hóspedes e não o permitiu subir até o quarto do hotel. Além disso, vi a mesma funcionária sendo grossa com outros hóspedes.

Well what can we say but just brilliant, this hotel was extremely clean and very presentable from the moment you step into the foyer area which had a beautiful smell emanating from a very expensive electric diffuser in the foyer. The room was spacious and had 2 queen beds with a safe and fridge and a large tv. Our room overlooked the pool and lake the staff were extremely helpful and always ready to give advice at any time and for the money NO ONE could complain (or should). The biggest bonus for the Ramada Plaza is that there are NO RESORT FEES and NO PARKING CHARGES. This alone saved us over $800.00 which other hotels would have charged our party because we had 3 rooms. How can these other hotels do this to unsuspecting guests because they hit you with these extra charges once you get to the hotel but NOT THE RAMADA PLAZA, so we highly recommend this hotel 1 Million percent.

I would like to share my experience at this hotel for others that will get surprised by all of the surprises that they hit you with after you book your nonrefundable room. I thought the room was reasonably priced and this is the only hotel nearby that had a rooftop and it showed there was a rooftop bar so my husband and I thought OK , Ramada is an older hotel and outdated. The rooftop looked really good so we thought we’d give it a shot. After booking the room they’ll send you an email saying you also have to pay a $250 nonrefundable deposit which you have no choice to pay cause you’ve already booked the non refundable room. But they don’t tell you that till after Also we weren’t told till we check in that the rooftop is actually only for people who book a certain suite which we found out is actually they’re older suites which have not been renovated. Of course my children really wanted to see the roof so I paid an extra $75 so they could enjoy about 30 minutes on the roof cause that’s all they would allow before they shut it down because they say it’s not open after dark what they didn’t tell me is that the pool on the roof is literally like a 4 x 4 pool it’s a small kids type pool definitely not worth a 75 bucks. Let me tell you another annoying thing about this hotel. They’re strict like they’re the Ritz, but the accommodations are not that of the Ritz so you have to have your key card if you get on the elevator and you have to go up to your room, you’re fumbling around,…

The location is great to get to all the spots in the entertainment sections of Orlando but there is a very narrow way into and out of the parking lot. The hotel is showing its age with beds that are fine but an upgrade is welcome and the AC unit is slow at times.

Ramada Plaza Orlando is a lovely hotel for basing yourself to visit the theme parks. The rooms are nice. Down sides are the room is only cleaned and beds changed with new towels every 3rd day. Air conditioning had one setting and very loud. The bar has minimal alcohol on offer and is not a comfortable area to sit in. The pool times are limited from dusk to dawn which meant 8am-8pm when we went so felt limited. Continental breakfast is ok, could be improved with more fruit choices and perhaps some meats.

Great hotel and location. Very friendly, welcoming and clean with brilliant amenities.

The hotel itself was clean and the staff was friendly, but the continental breakfast was extremely disappointing. The only protein option available was hard-boiled eggs, with very limited variety overall. When a hotel advertises complimentary breakfast, guests generally expect at least a few hot and cold options to choose from. Unfortunately, the selection felt sparse and did not meet expectations. While the stay was otherwise acceptable, the breakfast experience would make me think twice before booking again.

Me, my wife and 2 boys had a great stay at this hotel. Everything from check in to check out was so easy and all the staff were great. The room(525) in the north tower was perfect for us and there was plenty of space for our luggage,etc. The room came with a free safe which was brilliant. The beds were fairly comfortable and the a/c was a godsend. The breakfast at the hotel was basic but a great start to the day, I don't know why people complain about it, it's cereal, toast, waffles and pancakes and also it's included in the price. The hotel has transfers to the parks which is great and we used taxis to get back as we didn't want to wait till 8:20pm to be picked up by the coach back. It's ideally located close to some great places to visit and eat especially buffalo wild wings just down the street which was amazing. ||If we were to come back to Orlando, we would definitely come back to the ramada plaza.

Excelente ubicación, pero mal servicio desayuno limitado, personal del front desk poco amable habitaciones con fugas de agua en los closet, ascensores fuera de servicio.

Second time staying here for an Orlando Theme Park holiday. No complaints from me. It is not a top tier expensive flash hotel, but it isn't supposed to be. It is great value, in a great location and the staff were very nice and helpful. Room was nice, had everything we needed. The biggest bonus is no parking fees. Makes this hotel stand out above a lot of others!

The staff were friendly and the room was large and clean. Bed ok but I didn't find th pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was ok and the pool was nice. Self service laundry was cheap at $1 for a load then $1 for the dryer. Good location and the free transport to Universal was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay here.

The female employees who handle the check-in process clearly do not know the meaning of the word "kindness"; they are very high-handed with customers and always respond grudgingly.

Room was great. I was told at check-out that I did not have anything to pay and after I left I received a call from an agent called Cynthia with a horrible attitude!! She needs to be restrained in how to speak with a guest. Very bad experience.
