My experience wasn't good Service poor Food was ok but the biscuits tasted doughy. I won't be back. The girl who cashed me out at the bar was rude and had a sarcasm about her that read don't get your food. She gave me my reason for this review Latina lady blonde with highlights bob shoulder length

Our experience at Red Lobster was amazing! All of the food was delicious and the service was great! Our server, Andy, was wonderful!

Food was horrible, the fish n chips came out dark and over cooked and they said it was batter that the oil was clean, that’s BS and my mother coconut shrimp was dark and overcooked also. We are not ever going back to this particular establishment on intl drive

The Red Lobster you go to, really makes or breaks the experience. I was disappointed in the Mariners boil. The potatoes were way to hard/under cooked, I asked for non spicy and I knew Cajun seasoning is normally pretty spicy for me but the waitress kept insisting it wasn't. It was. The waitress did take quite a while to bring everything except the bread basket at the beginning of the order. I went to the Red Lobster near the mini golf place in Orlando this time and just wish we went somewhere else. With this being said, I have been to plenty of other Red lobsters that I really enjoy! And the new Coral Crush drink was great!

My favorite Red Lobster location! Food is always hot and fresh. Jessica at the bar is my favorite server!! She’s so attentive and sweet. I always ask for her when my family and I visit.

First time visiting a red lobster. The food was delicious and great value for money. Big shout out to our server Shakara who was 10 out of 10 for service. Kids got to hold a lobster which was super exciting

We attended a Special Needs conference at the Hyatt Regency. Exhausted from a day of knowledge from the family café Special Needs conference. Our dinner Was delivered with everything needed, except our cheddar biscuits. One of the highlights of dining from red lobster. Totally bummed but everything else was great.

It is unfortunate have to share this. I have come to Reb Lobster many times over the decade and understand sometimes rhings happen. We received our complementary biscuits while we wait for our food and found what obviously looks like a full size BUG!. After reporting this to the manager, she apologized and proceeded to take the biscuits to the back to inspect. After inspecting the biscuit the manager came back to inform the item in the biscuit is part of a lobster tail. I'm posting so the people can decide because we were not convinced of a Lobster tail. I will add we did stay to enjoy our meal however disapprove of how management handled the incident. At least offer to take care of the individuals meal without explanation. It would have prevented reviews like this. Update: The GM did come by and discount our meal.

I had one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at Red Lobster on Father’s Day, and it honestly ruined what was supposed to be a special family moment. From the second we walked in, everything felt disorganized. We arrived and were seated, but after that it was like we were completely forgotten. It took way too long just to get menus something that should be immediate when you sit down. We literally sat there watching other tables get attention while we were still waiting just to order. What made it even worse was that we were there first, yet people who came in after us were getting served faster, getting their food before us, and actually being checked on by staff. It made no sense and felt extremely unfair. It’s frustrating enough waiting for food, but it’s even worse when you can clearly see other tables being prioritized over yours for no reason. After finally ordering, the wait for the food was absolutely unacceptable. It took around two hours for our meals to come out. Two hours. On a busy holiday like Father’s Day, you expect some delay, but this was beyond reasonable. During that time, there was barely any communication from the staff, no updates, no apology, nothing that made us feel like our order even mattered. The biggest issue was that my cousin’s food didn’t even come out at all for a long time. Everyone else was either getting their food late or missing items, and it just kept getting more and more frustrating as the night went on. When food is…

Went to pick up a to-go order for my parents and the to-go door was locked. Went to the main restaurant and it was as hot as hell! Didn’t take long to get my food and I paid. I’m heading to the door and get ran down. I’m told although the charge shows as pending on my end it didn’t go through on theirs ( embarrassing and aggravating). I go back and pay a second time, I was told they’d been having this issue with their computer. ZERO on the tip because you guys need to get it together like yesterday and why is it hotter than outside in there?!

Food was amazing.

Our server Shakara was wonderful. She’s personable, friendly and hospitable. The food was delicious.. The manger came to greet us and he was very nice we had a good conversation. Everything was great A+
