RED LOBSTER #6246

I am not sure what happened but on a Tuesday after a long day dragging my mom to repeated doctor appointments, we were starving. I called an order in to Red Lobster and was told it would be ready in 20 - 25 minutes. I got there at the appointed time (about 23 mins) and followed the directions on the text. 10 mins later, I call and speak to someone who says it will be right out. 10 minutes later a server comes out and asks me if I would like a lemonade while I wait. My 86 year old mother and I are exhausted, nope, thanks anyway, just our FOOD PLEASE. 10 minutes later, the food arrives. So an hour after ordering, we finally got our food from a place that no longer needs chefs because they have smart ovens and everything prepackaged by Darden. Sooooo, disappointed.

We came in about an hour before closing but Nadiel made sure we were comfortable with shrimp refills even after service delayed our initial food. Great guy friendly and welcoming.

Went to dinner for my 71st birthday. Was very good...we ordered crab stuffed mushrooms for appetizers and for entrees..ultimate feast ..lobster crab shrimp and veg and seafood alfredo for hubby. The martini and Tito's vodka with strawberry was good . Dustin was our server and what a mannerlyn exceptionally good server he was .. so glad I decided to go there for my birthday . Topped it off with complimentary key lime pie and cheesecake for hubby ... and the celebration continues!!

First time back in years and was impressed! The create your own ultimate meal was a great option. Our server was the best part! Nadiel is the man and made sure we have everything we need and more!

We enjoy going to Red Lobster. Sad so many have shut down. Some options are a bit pricey but we keep going back so we must like it!

David was great!

Hayden went above and beyond to take care of us, always being responsive and respectful. He was a true delight to have as our caretaker.

Great father's day

Lobster bisque a bit too liquidy. Coleslaw has bitter after taste. Crab legs & shrimp were divine

Great Father’s Day early dinner today. Biscuits are always a hit but all the food was nice and fresh especially for being Father’s Day and very busy. The Host did a great job managing the crowd, but the star of the show was Christina, she was professional, sweet and on top of all her tables. Better location from the ones I been too.

It was David’s 4th day on the job and he did such an amazing job! He took the time to inquire about the ingredients in our dished so all our dietary needs were met. Because it took some time for our food to arrive, David checked in often and kept us updated, drinks refilled, and just overall kindness.

Everything was really good except the Cheddar biscuits a little dry! But the waitress CChristina was very professional and kind

David greeted us with a friendly smile and took care of our large party. He took the time to make sure all our items met our dietary restrictions. He maintained communication as we waited for our food, provided updates and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you, David, for making our Father's Day outing an enjoyable and memorable one.

I must say the service was top tier. I had a party of about 20 guest after a graduation ceremony. From the moment I arrived the manager Craig greeted me and treated with great respect. Our primary server, Christina handled my entire section with such grace and professionalism, showing great patience and paying attention to details. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and there where other guest throughout, but the manager Craig made it seem as if we were his special guest when making his rounds. Christina did a phenomenal job. I thought 2 servers would tag team my section, but she did it by herself and did it well. She made it look easy. A real true professional. It's been years since I've visited a Red Lobster since so many have shutdown, but I was glad we chose to go this particular one. I'm more of an Olive Garden guy, that's why I rated the food lower, but keep this establishment open, because the staff seems to have good chemistry and work well together. I would imagine Craig has a lot to do with that. Great job. I'll definitely revisit if I'm ever back in the area. Again, thanks Craig and Christina for your hospitality and service.

Went here for my son's birthday dinner and was extremely disappointed. It took 20 minutes for our server to even come to our table after we were seated and that's after I went to the front and said something. After our server finally showed up it took another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. We placed our order and sat there for another 30 minutes waiting on our food. Our food arrived but it was brought by a different server who didn't even ask us if we wanted drink refills. In fact the whole time we waited for our food we were never asked if we wanted refills. It was only after I asked for the manager and he came up that we finally got refills. The manager said he would be taking care of us but never return after he brought our drink refills. The whole time we were waiting other people had been seated, greeted by their server, gotten their drinks and refills and gotten their food. The fastest part of the night was our server bring us our check, which took 5 seconds for them to do. I am highly upset by this experience, especially given the ridiculous prices red lobster charges
