RED ROBIN GOURMET BURGERS & BREWS

I was really excited to try Red Robin for the first time. We were seated almost immediately and started looking through the menu. After about 15 minutes, no one had come by to take our drink or food order or even check on us. A few minutes later, someone finally came over to take our drink order, and the drinks came out fairly quickly. Unfortunately, after our waitress left, she didn’t return for another 30 minutes. During that time, we noticed she only had three tables, including ours, so it didn’t seem like she was overwhelmed. In the end, we paid for our drinks and decided to leave. We went next door to LongHorn instead and had a much better experience. I might give Red Robin another try in the future because I’d still like to try the food, but I’ll definitely be requesting a different server next time.

This is a great option for vegan and meat eaters. The options of burgers are great to choose from customer service was decent and loved the decor inside.

Always awesome, love that you can sub a beyond burger in for any burger on the menu.

Awesome food amazing service

We went for the Donatos pizza. Were told no one in Orlando has the pizza ovens! But they all advertise it online!! So disappointed!!! False advertising in my book. However, the server and manager were great and the food was pretty good. But still very disappointed about the pizza. The bottomless sides I could live without. Just another advertising gimmick people can live without.

Host don’t listen. Sent to the wrong table. Did not great us at the door. Just asked how many people. Not even a smile.

Must have been a rough day it was hot inside ac broken. Burger came out dry as of Burger that i have ever had. No flavor. Salad came out same time as Burger so salad didn't get eaten. Not real lemonade. Had to ask and wait just to get mustard.

Extremely good deals, little wait… and our server Paige was very nice despite having so many tables to wait on she was non-stop going and going… you need more servers like her. And maybe a raise 😉

Was there 2 days ago. Enjoyed the smashed avacado and bacon burger with unlimited fries. Ate 3 plates of fries! All were hot and fresh Good service. Not busy when I came. Had tvs on walls. 1 was talking about MLB and the other showing a college basketball game from January Lemonade is good and fresh and unlimited too

Awesome burger choices.

The AC was broken during the summer, which made the dining experience very uncomfortable. It was difficult to enjoy the meal because the restaurant was too hot

Food was great.I ordered the wings.Service was okay and slow seeing as the bartender was making drinks and taking orders all by herself. Didn't stay very long it was hot and we were sweating sitting at the table waiting for our food.

The service was terrible

Revamped menu and pretty decent happy hour. Place looked closed when approaching... the outside looks a bit abandoned and the front doors squeals so loud when opened, haha. Weird that none of the employees act as if they can't hear it. It's louder than the music that is playing and I could hear people coming or leaving everytine. But the food is good and the bartender/server was nice.

Sempre que vamos a Orlando aproveitamos pra comer e principalmente pra tomar a freckled lemonade no Red Robin! E dessa vez ainda ofereceram um copo dessa limonada delícia pra levarmos. Perfeito!
