REGAL POINTE ORLANDO

4DX there is really good and the best

I usually go to other Regals for standard showings due to parking and overall convenience, but if I want to see a movie in IMAX it has to be here. The screen is huge.

We saw Bread Winner today but were so disappointed with the theater experience. None of the surround-sound speakers were working at all. The only speakers that were working were near the screen which made it difficult to hear from the back row of the small theater room. They never turned off the ceiling lighting so 10 minutes into the movie, we went out to request they turn the lights off. We asked about the speakers but they did nothing to remedy them. Then the reclining seats stopped having power making it difficult for my mother to get out of her seat. When we mentioned it to a manager, his only offer was a shrug of his shoulders. It felt like a dollar theater experience that we paid top dollar for 🤦‍♀️

Great theater would like to see more theaters with Dolby atmos

Really lovely atmosphere

If we could do a ½ star it would be 4.5…the theater was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful to those who had never navigated the ticket printing kiosk. The temperature in the imax theater was just right! The cost of snacks were equivalent to what we pay in Atlanta. The only complaint is the popcorn wasn’t hot/fresh. With the data being so present of who has pre-purchased tickets for time blocks, popping it so it is hot, or lamp warm is better. Parking being validated was a pleasant surprise. We come to Orlando often—and this was our first visit to the Pointe. We will be back…maybe even this trip.

Great seating. My only gripe is the lack of availability for asking questions and the confusing parking situation.

Several movies coming out that I want to see.

Super fun experience. Really loved the ceilings. I would say don't sit in the first two rows, it's impossible to not leave with a neck injury. Lol

Tremendo y con un buen ambiente

The theater is fine. The restrooms are disgusting and no walls between the urinals. Then the food is a hit and a miss. Expensive like other theaters but when you order hot food it sometimes come out burnt or soaking in grease. The bacon is so burnt you can touch it and it turns to dust. They did refund the food but it still kills the point of wanting a nice snack while watching a movie.

So I went to see masters of the universe I usually have a good time here and spend a lot of money on merch. Today I spent $204.95 minus the $100 on movie tickets. Karla was the cashier, per receipt transaction#04532825, order#2787. Upon checking out with 3 expensive buckets and collectible drinks, she took no time asking how we wanted our complimentary popcorn she was about to throw popcorn in my collectibles instead of asking, furthermore I was told I had to buy 2 separate drinks since I didn't want to fill up any of my collectibles. Mind you im already spending over $200 in merchandising and they want to charge me for the cups. There was what appeared to be a shift manager he was nice and helped offer bags for the merch and was much appreciated. And refilled my cup regardless of the size. Upon exiting the movie I wanted to get another refill, and what appeared to be another shift manager told me had to be the large cup. I left frustrated with a poor experience, instead of simply accommodating and educating, he gave me a flat answer and left. I expect more from the largest imax in florida. Other theater competitors have shown more courtesy then here at regal pointe. I felt after all the money I was spending regal staff were being petty with me. All I wanted on top of my already big purchase was complimentary cup and popcorn to match what I bought because I didn't want to containment my merchandise. Please do better

Beautiful theater. Offers IMAX and 4DX. Validates parking. Hardly busy on weekdays. Best time to go. I've been going a lot more lately. Very easy to get to. They most always have hard to find movies that aren't playing anywhere else.

They have the most nasty manger ever his name is Carlos if you saw him runaway he has attitude and he doesn’t know what customer service is
