Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
One subject runs through these 26 reviews more than any other: the staff. Front-of-house tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.9 stars.
No one in this corpus comments on how much food arrives at all. 25 of 26 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 0 are two or lower. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (25 of 26).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. The visit behind that grade was June 3, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in Orange County. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Quite possibly one of the best places to enjoy a laid back, relaxing drink and meal. The staff is absolutely amazing, genuinely friendly, attentive, and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The food is consistently good, and every part of the experience feels well executed. It isn’t a pretentious or upscale restaurant, but it’s the kind of place where your hard earned money goes a long way and you leave feeling like you received great value. It’s truly a diamond in the rough and, without question, one of my favorite places to eat.

Great vibes, service, and food. Jordan’s Mexican Candy shot is superlative. My favorite Sunday stop after the Lake Eola farmer’s market, and usually the only reason I go to the market in the first place.
-
I have a complaint!!! Bring back the sliced fried mushrooms!!! 🤣 Jordan is the best bartender! 🥰🥰 One of my favorite spots!!

This is my first time in Florida and it’s been great. I stopped by this place for food and Noemi, suggested the Mediterranean Salmon. Very very good! The salmon was cooked to my liking and the garlic spinach that came with was amazing. By far the best tasting spinach I’ve ever had! In addition, Noemi was a great server. She was very attentive, friendly and gave off great vibes. And she can also make a helluva Tito’s punch. I’d definitely recommend this place and her. I’ll definitely be visiting this place whenever I’m in town.

Relax Grill, on beautiful Lake Areola, was amazing. Everything about it was delicious and the service was great. Such a relaxing and cool vibe with real people-no pretentious dingle bags in site. Our server, Obi, was top notch, friendly, and attentive without being annoying.
-
Great service, great food. Noemi was awesome and helped up get the World Cup game on the TV. Perfect place to watch the game with a drink while overlooking the lake!
-
This is a very chill place to hangout and eat there’s only really one thing they could improve here which I believe is needed… play upbeat music slow down on the slowww depressing music the location doesn’t match play songs like up beats bouncing music even house music if you have to match the hot sun and positive atmosphere this definitely needs to be considered 100%

I wanted to write a review because, despite not being a drinker myself, my husband and I are currently on vacation! I didn’t catch their names, but the lady with the blonde hair and another with the blueish hair were incredible! The drinks were absolutely amazing! I opted for the Poison Ivy, while my husband chose the Beach Comb. It was a fantastic spot to sit and soak in the breathtaking scenery. The service was exceptional, and the overall experience was truly memorable. friendliness from the ladies!

Nos atendió Noemy de una manera excelente, la descripción que nos hizo de los platillos fue muy completa y sus recomendaciones muy acertadas. Ambiente muy fresco y con maravillosa vista al Lake Eola. Excelente servicio y muy buena comida.

I met my friend of 52 years here for lunch as she comes to Florida every couple of years for vacation. Noemi was our server and gave us great recommendations for apps and was also very attentive and engaging. I like going to a restaurant where I can take my Papillons and they had ice water and a chicken plate. It was a very nice afternoon watching the swan boats and enjoying catch up with my friend.
