Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The 4.5-star average is misleading — almost nobody actually rated it that. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.5 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, freshness appears most often — 21% of the corpus, averaging 5.0.
17 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 2 are two or lower. Behind those, serving size is raised in 16% of reviews (4.7 average). More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 15 of 19.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (80/100) with 1 high-priority, 3 intermediate, and 3 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. That result dates from May 27, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 19% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: nonfood-contact surfaces clean and floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Gavin is amazing and by far the best employee here!!!
-
Try the Sizzling Steak and the Salmon Crunch sushi. Thank me later. 😊 Great atmosphere, awesome food and outstanding service. Our waitress Salina went above and beyond with her service.

The best of the best sushi spot in Orlando. No question.

We came here to celebrate Father's Day. This was our second attempt to find a nice setting for the occasion. The first restaurant we visited was nearby; we left deeply disappointed, feeling like the day had been a waste. The food was unappetizing and mundane—like something from a cheap cafeteria. But then we found this place and finally discovered exactly what we were looking for. A huge thank you to everyone!

We visited to celebrate a birthday, and our server, Britney, made the experience even more enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and had such a positive attitude throughout the evening. The food was outstanding. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. One detail that really stood out was the signed birthday card from the staff for the birthday girl. It was such a thoughtful touch that made the celebration feel extra special and personal. The only downside was that the sushi rolls seemed a bit small in portion size considering the price point. Aside from that, we truly enjoyed our dining experience and would definitely return.

I went on a date last night with my boyfriend and Chase was our waiter. He was absolutely amazing! He recommended the beer that is only made by the restaurant which my bf loved and he made me a special martini that I requested which was a Lychee Martini and OMG you guys have to put that on the menu ASAP!! The sushi was fresh, the dumplings were also to die for. 10/10!! Chase was very attentive and showed that he actually cared for us to have a splendid evening. If you’re reading this, THANK YOU <3 If you’re looking for a nice sushi place to go, this is the spot! And side note there’s a little ice cream shop a little short walk from there that we had afterwards. Nice area for sure :)

One of our favorite spots! Food is incredible, service is always amazing, and even if you have a bit of a wait to get a table it’s a perfect area to walk around in while you wait. Gavin was our serve last night and he was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. Funny, attentive, and very kind! There’s street parking and plenty of lots behind the businesses, though it’s shared with residential parking so be patient. There’s also a garage on Jake St just south-east of New Broad St.

I got the peppered steak and it was amazing.I loved the caramelised onions and the steak. The steak is Australian wagyu and I did not even think it existed. The sushi was also amazing.
-
Tasty rolls and apps. Standouts: Beef tartare, Mushroom app, Distinguished Gentleman, Tropic Thunder, Korean Chirashi salad and Gavin

Didn’t seat me 15 min before they closed for lunch.

We had an amazing anniversary at Seito Sushi Baldwin Park. From the warm “Happy Anniversary” greeting to the sweet dessert topper, every detail made us feel special. Shoutout to our waiter Gaven for his great recommendations and enthusiasm, he made the experience even better. Thank you for such a memorable night!

This place has such a warm and cozy vibe! It’s located in a really nice neighborhood, and the best part is being able to take a walk around the lake right after dinner. It’s the perfect spot for an ideal date night. Highly recommend!

Excellent sushi and service

Excellent service and a beautiful location. The food was good but not exceptional. Maybe I need to try a different entree.

We had the best time tonight! Our server Salina was so sweet and gave us the best service!! She was very attentive, and our drinks & food came out with great timing. The beef sirloin dumplings and pacific woods roll were to die for, highly recommend for a date night or girls night out. :)

Food was absolutely delicious I’m so glad I gave it a try should definitely have more than 4 stars and ask for Gavin great personality and great customer service

Did not care for the service here. I was halfway through eating when I had to go to the restroom to come back and find my table had been cleaned and my plate taken away. When I asked what happened they assumed I had left. Really??? I had just ordered more food and not even paid. Then they said oh here’s your food. It was in a totally different plate with my food just thrown on it. Not happy.

Seito Sushi is one of the most reliable sushi spots in Orlando. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and consistently high-quality execution-everything tastes intentional. Standouts like the tuna crispy rice and specialty rolls hit every time. Service is sharp, the staff knows the menu, and the atmosphere walks the line between upscale and comfortable. If you want sushi done right without guessing, this is the spot.
