Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The most recent reviews here are worse than the older ones — 1.8 against 3.5. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 2.7. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 47% of reviews (averaging 2.4).
The split is 8 positive to 9 negative across 19 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. Plate size shows up in 16% of reviews as well, averaging 1.7. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews).
The inspection lands in between as well: DBPR graded this kitchen a B (88/100), citing 2 intermediate and 6 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on May 22, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. That puts it ahead of 37% of graded kitchens in Orange County. The citations behind that grade include potentially hazardous foods properly thawed and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on how much food arrives, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

It is more of a tourist party place food is average service slow

Soccer on Tvs blasting. Very crowded. Large groups. Service very slow but they were doing their best. Food was lukewarm when brought out but again, very crowded. Would not recommend when a major sporting event is happening. Long lines waiting to get in at 8 pm!

Our family arrived at 6pm and was sat quickly. No one came to take our order so we left after waiting for 15 minutes. Waitstaff seems to cater more to tables with large groups of girls.

I been here a couple times and had a great time and really good memories but it was the first time I went to watch a FIFA game and the first time I got treated so bad. I was with friends waiting for more of us to show up, the server was kicking us out after a 20min wait on the table, refusing to take our order as we waited for the rest of the party to show up. I understand it was a very hectic environment… but the server didn’t need to be so rude saying “ I don’t care what you want to order now it’s been 1hr you guys been waiting and haven’t order anything, leave I’m not serving you guys” clearly we were only there 20min since the Mexico game started… after the Brazilian server treated us so bad for a couple of minutes we decided to leave and avoid a bigger situation since he was getting very mad and yelling at us to leave. I have never receive this treatment at this location and I don’t really want to go back knowing the employees treat customers very disrespectful. I RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT TO WATCH YOUR FIFA GAME CHOOSE ANY OTHER RESTAURANT it’s not worth the way they treat you here!

We were waiting for the remainder of our party to arrive to order food and the server came and told us we had to order or get out. We said give us 5 minutes since we’ve only been there for 20 minutes and even offered to give him his cash tip early (we showed him the cash) and he said he didn’t care very disrespectfully and told us to leave. We tried to explain to him again and order three nachos and he (a Brazilian wearing a Mexico jersey didn’t catch his name) kept being rude and continued to tell us he didn’t care and to get out. I have never been kicked out of an establishment and everyone is fully sober. Never coming back.

Kick my girls out and wouldn’t let them order. So we went to millers instead. 5 star!

We have been to this location before with a large group but tonight’s service was terrible. Our server was Sara H. Everything took forever, took 30 minutes before anyone even received water yet mixed drinks came for some first. Food mediocre at best. Sara was rude, brought chips and queso that was ordered as an appetizer at the end of the meal after the table was already cleared and dinner was over and gave some in our party serious attitude. Awful experience, Chipotle would have been better. There are so many options in Orlando, don’t waste your time here.

Probably one of the craziest bar experiences I have ever had. We had an absolute BLAST here. So much fun. I saw that they're opening one in Daytona Beach, and cannot wait to go again! Definitely check this place out if you're a party person. You won't regret it!

They convince you to get the buy one get one free drink, but if you pay before getting the free drink they forget about it and pretend you are lying about it.
-
Be careful that they charge for extra service of the tip.. and many of the prices are different, when you get the receipt.....

Had excellent veggie burrito! Attentive service. Family friendly, festive atmosphere.

Last night, a staff member went out of their way to help me, even though they didn’t have to. I truly appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. Thank you!

No mention of happy hour til we left. Would have liked to have food but we had to sit at the bar.... Kids to step over and maneuver around and screeching music for 6pm. More children then adults present which was a surprise to me. Low quality drinks. Just a wash n rinse kinda place

Great energy and family fun, but watch out for the hidden costs! We had a nice overall experience here. The atmosphere is incredibly lively, happy, and loud—they had music playing and the soccer (football) game on the screens. It’s also very family-friendly; the service for the kids was great, and they loved getting custom balloon hats made by the staff. The service was quick and the food was good. We tried the birria tacos (one with cheese, one without) and the kids had hamburgers. Just keep in mind that it is a pricey spot, and you'll want to watch the bill: The Drinks: If you get the 2-for-1 drinks, definitely ask about the price upfront so your bill doesn't catch you off guard. We paid $40 for two yard cocktail drinks. They were very good, and you get to keep the yard cup as a souvenir, but it definitely made the total higher than expected. Service Charge: They automatically include a tip/service charge on the bill (I believe if your party is over 4 people), so keep that in mind before you pay. A great, fun environment, just be prepared for the final total!

Had a great time.

Absolutely ridiculous experience at Señor Frog’s in Orlando. My friends and I booked a table an entire week in advance specifically to watch the Brazil vs. Morocco game, and somehow this place still managed to be completely unprepared. We got there and our table wasn’t even ready. Then we waited forever just to get a waiter to acknowledge us. The TVs kept shutting off during the game, and we literally had to BEG staff multiple times to put the match back on. Imagine reserving a table a week ahead for a soccer game and the restaurant can’t even keep the game on the screens. Completely disorganized, chaotic, and beyond frustrating. The worst part is that nobody seemed to care. We spent the entire night chasing staff down for basic service instead of enjoying the game. If you’re planning to come here for a sports event, don’t bother. They clearly cannot handle it.

The customer service and food were great. However, we arrived a little after 7PM on a Friday evening and found that all nearby parking was either reserved for valet ($20) or paid parking lots ($10). I ended up parking farther away just to check this experience off my vacation list, but the parking situation left a negative impression. When you're already planning to spend money on dining and drinks, the additional parking costs can feel excessive and detract from the overall experience.
