Something changed. Recent visits score noticeably higher than earlier ones. Reviews mentioning the staff average 3.5 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 20% of the corpus, averaging 3.7.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 9 of 15. The split is 12 positive to 3 negative across 15 rated reviews.

Burgers are nasty and way to high for the quality of the food.
-
Great burger, but pricey
-
Great as always.

This was my first experience with Shake Shack. Very good! Only 7.50 for a single burger with cheese? Yes, please. And it was delicious. Not small either. Vary flavorful. I did takeout. Friendly employees. Didnt get greeted at door or acknowledged with a thank you when getting my burger but thats OK. 👌

My partner and I were actually having a stressful day while waiting for our mechanic, and we decided to stop by the Florida Mall location. To be honest, Florida Mall wasn't usually one of my favorite places to come for a meal, but I was pleasantly surprised by the modernization and updated layout of this Shake Shack. The restaurant feels fresh, welcoming, and very well maintained. Both of us have backgrounds in Food & Beverage and Hospitality, so we naturally pay attention to service, cleanliness, and guest experience. What really made our visit stand out was the exceptional host working during our visit. Kevin was friendly, professional, proactive, and constantly checking the dining room, condiment stations, and guest needs. You could tell he genuinely cared about creating a great experience for everyone. We came in stressed from dealing with car issues, and his positive attitude immediately made us feel more comfortable and welcome. What impressed us even more was seeing how he handled a situation involving clothing that had been left behind by another guest. We found the items and gave them to him, and he immediately took ownership of the situation and made sure they were returned to the right people. Not only did he help improve our day, but he also went above and beyond for someone else. The restaurant was spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Congratulations to the management team—this was clearly a great hiring…

Tight space. Burgers are a bit small and prices are a bit high, but what isn't overpriced nowadays?
-
Tudo ótimo.
-
Good place. With the self serve ordering kiosks, you don't interact much with the staff apart from them bringing food to your table.
-
Cumple. No es barato, tiene el sistema de todo por separado, por lo tanto unas hamburguesas para tres , con fritas (2) más onion una porción y gaseosa para tres aprox 60 usd
-
Great burger, pretty fast service. Friendly staff.
-
Jugosas aunque muy pequeñas, de buen sabor y lo mejor es que puedes personalizar tu hamburguesa
-
Muy rico, de mis hamburguesas favoritas. Que ganas de volver a Estados Unidos a probarlas.
-
There is a staff member that is extremely rude! I took my food and left so I don’t lower my standards. Never coming back again tho
-
La mejor hamburguesa de mí vida. La atención más o menos pero no opaca la experiencia.

Very disappointing and concerning experience at Shake Shack in The Florida Mall, Orlando. One member of our group has celiac disease, so we specifically ordered a gluten-free burger and clearly explained that this was a medical necessity, not a preference. Despite this, the gluten-free burger was served together with the regular burgers, showing that the proper protocol to prevent cross-contamination was not followed. We asked the employee, Adam, twice whether the burger was truly gluten-free, and both times he confidently assured us that it was. Based on his repeated confirmation, we trusted the information and consumed the meal. After we had already finished eating, Adam came back to our table and admitted that the gluten-free protocol had not been followed after all. He offered only a brief "sorry" and, in a very rude and dismissive manner, stated that he had nothing else to say and that he was ending the conversation before walking away. This situation is extremely serious. For someone with celiac disease, gluten contamination can cause significant health problems. What makes this even more troubling is that the employee repeatedly provided incorrect information and then handled the issue with a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I hope General Manager Nate Wallace takes this matter seriously and provides additional training to ensure that staff understand the importance of food allergies and celiac disease, as well as how to communicate respectfully with…
