Shin will always have a special place in my heart. The food is delicious and the staff are super friendly. There’s indoor and outdoor seating and the place is so cute. Their avocado salads and double spicy salmon rolls are my favorite. This place is truly a hidden gem of Orlando. Definitely worth the visit :)

Stayed nearby for business and came to dinner. The sashimi assortment was fantastic, tasty and generous cuts of fish beautifully presented by their sushi chef, Run. The spicy tuna roll was fantastic as well. The wine pour was ample as well, and the music was 80’s rock playing subtly in the background. I was alone, but the ambience was comfortable for easy conversation without yelling. Vanny provided professional service that was attentive without being intrusive, she seems to be there just as I felt the need for something!! I highly recommend!

We have lunch here every week- the service is excellent and friendly and the food is always delicious. Having spent decades in Tokyo ,and therefore familiar with Japanese food , I think it’s the best sushi along with the best prices in Orlando.

I came in from the Northeast on business and decided to give this spot a try, and it absolutely delivered. I ordered the Sashimi Tokujo and a Negihama roll, and from start to finish everything was excellent. The salad came out first with a really flavorful dressing that set the tone right away. The miso soup was hot, clean, and comforting, exactly what you want before getting into the main course. The sashimi was incredibly fresh, with great variety and quality across the board. You can tell they take care in their sourcing and presentation. The Negihama roll was simple, but executed perfectly, clean flavors, balanced, and a great complement to the sashimi. What stood out most was how consistent everything was. No shortcuts, no filler, just well-prepared, high-quality food. If you are local, this is absolutely worth adding to your regular rotation. And if you are traveling from somewhere with strong sushi options, this place still holds up, you will not be disappointed.

Every person has their favorite sushi place in Orlando, but I will confidently tell you that the true best of Orlando is Shin. We stumbled upon Shin when we first moved to Orlando and have been delighted every single time. A true hidden gem, it has without a doubt the freshest sushi and higher attention to detail than you'd find at the restaurants constantly iterated on local social media. The sushi is flown in directly from Japan and you can taste the difference in the quality with each order. If you're in Orlando and want great sushi, definitely check it out.
