SONESTA ES SUITES ORLANDO/COFFEE SHOP

I just stayed here for 3 days. I really like the location. It very close to restaurants, and attractioms.. about the room, i booked a two bedrooms suite. Come with cooking range, and big refrigerator. The room looked updated , clean. The location keep it vey quiet at night. Pool is right the center is is very convenient with a short walk. Overall , this is the best bang for your bucks hotel if you are on a Disney vaction . However i think the hotel should include free breakfast for guests and more pots and pan and bowls

The only place in Orlando I don't mind staying at. I travel alot and I stay here probably 4 months out of a year. Not all at once. 4 to 5 days at a time max.

Large spacious rooms that has everything except washer, dryer, and stove. Amazing location. Great customer service. Nice vibes, style, and ambience at the pool area. Onsite Starbucks is very convenient. CHECK OUT IS 11AM :-) We paid an amazing price for our stay.

Roxy is such an amazing guest service! We love her and she’s super helpful, she made us feel welcome and helped us check in so easy too! 10/10 for Roxy at the reception! We just arrived but I have to give her a good review

Misleading listing. Does not have a continental breakfast. Its has a Starbucks. Not included with room. Extra daily fees charged at check in .

Beautiful hotel. Big extended stay rooms. Kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave. Beautiful lobby. Great pool area. Pretty central located on IDrive. Used the trolly. Easy access to all entertainment and parks.

The hotel was nice be clean.... Next time we will take more advantage of the amenities.... Only stayed for a day... But will be back. Great value

We loved staying at Sonesta . Vanessa and her staff are always helpful and go out of their way to help . It’s like a family hotel it’s is situated across from Icon parks and a lot of restaurants which are near . The apartments are clean and comfortable and bathrooms have shampoo ,shower gel etc . The pool is heated and a lovely jacuzzi . I highly recommend staying here and will be back in 2 years . |I cannot rate how friendly and helpful the staff are and go out of their way to help .

We recently spent two weeks here. Having stayed before, the hotel is ideally located opposite Icon Park with shuttles to the parks. The suites are large and well appointed. Clean comfortable beds and decent kitchen facilities. Vanessa and the whole team are so friendly, kind and helpful and they quickly rectified any minor issues that we had. They are truly an asset to the hotel. Because of all these things we would stay again.|The negatives of this stay were the large scale construction happening across from the hotel which was unsightly, although not disruptive or noisy to us, and of course not the fault of the hotel. And more notable, when we arrived the room hadn't had a deep clean. There was a lot of dirt on the floor around the edges and in the corners of the rooms, particularly behind the bed, a lot of black gunk under the bathroom sink rim, hair in the plughole and drawers were dusty. I had to clean some of this myself before we unpacked. We didn't experience this during our first stay in 2019,so maybe just a one-off.|All in all though, a lovely holiday, thank you Sonesta.

My family and I stayed in Room 447 on May 31, 2026, and our experience was completely unacceptable. The problems started before we even got into the room. The door would not open, and a staff member had to come from the front desk and force it open because it was stuck. Once inside, we immediately noticed a severe roach infestation. Roaches were crawling in and out of the bathroom sink, on the walls, and even in the beds. We have photos and videos documenting this. There was also roach feces around the sink area, making it impossible for us to feel comfortable using the sink or drinking water from it. The room was dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was cereal and food debris left on the floor, and behind the refrigerator there was trash, food residue, and evidence of bugs feeding on it. I have photographs showing the condition of the room. In addition, the toilet in the second bathroom would not flush properly and was obviously not functioning correctly. The bathtub was chipping badly, leaving paint chips on our feet while using it. When we reported these issues to the front desk, the response was disappointing. The employee simply sent someone to clean the room but did nothing to address the roach infestation. We were told that the hotel was undergoing renovations. However, if renovations were taking place, I do not understand why guests were being placed in rooms that were clearly not ready to be occupied instead of being assigned to renovated rooms.…

We have the most amazing stay! Not only are the amenities’s wonderful but the staff is absolutely amazing. Roxy was wonderful soul to talk to and helped us with anything we needed. Loved how close it was to everything we will be staying here again!

Absolutely terrible service, don’t ever come here, they didn’t even have the room ready for when me and my family got here, over an hour wait, won’t ever be back here again never come here on a roadtrip because you won’t get the room when you arrive. Should be lucky no one sued

Nice and specious suites with all necessary amenities.

Just got back from 14 nights stay with our large family, we had 4 x 2 bedroom suites.|On arriving at check in we were welcomed by the fantastic reception staff, Vanessa & her team, who I cannot praise highly enough throughout our stay, always answered our questions & always a smiling hello even when just walking passed reception, check in was quick & everything explained to us.|The rooms are very large with 2 large beds with ensuite bathrooms also a sofa bed in lounge, kitchen & very good air con, towels supllied as were toiletries, rooms cleaned twice during our stay & towels changed every 3 days, if you ran short of anything or wanted clean towels more often just inform reception staff & sorted out immediately.|The pool area was very nice & clean with clean pool towels everyday, the pool was always warm & really nice after a day at the parks, there was a coffee shop open till 11am that sold breakfast items & was nice to start the day with a coffee, there was no bar at the hotel but was allowed to buy our own & drink round the outside areas, there was also a hot tub near the pool.|The location is very good across from icon park & near to the theme parks, the hotel offered free transfers to the parks but we used mini buses & ubers as they were so cheap, there is a wallgreens just up the road for shopping & wallmark not too far away.|Check out was 11am but Vanessa on reception arranged for a small fee for us all to keep our rooms till 2pm which was great as we were getting…

We have stayed here 5 times now and the service and friendly welcome received each time from Vanessa and the reception team make it feel like home from home. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need and it is in a great location. We can’t wait to visit again.

As frequent travelers, I can say this has not been the best first impression of the hotel. The location is good, but our expectations were completely different. For the same price, you can find hotels with better amenities and, most importantly, a much smoother check-in experience without such long delays in getting the room ready — especially when traveling with small children. Courtesy, consideration, and empathy toward guests should stand out in the hospitality industry. We’ll see what happens once we finally get our room, but for now I can honestly say that I WOULD NOT RETURN and I would not recommend it, especially for families traveling with children.

As with many other reviews cannot praise Vanessa highly enough.|Accommodation lovely and goo. Most Services within appartment decent.|Suites Central and ideal for travelling around International Drive.|Some areas could be improved.|1) Complimentary Water made available in room on day of arrival. We always got 2 complimentary bottles of water each day on previous visits to Sheraton Vistana Villas. Were parched after 9 hour flight and expected a bottle of water on arrival. Shop prices were expensive|2) More powerful hobs for cooking. They weren't hot enough to fry or boil eggs, or even heat up food. Had to rely on microwave which wasn't ideal.|3) Poor supervision of pool area. People coming down at 8am laying towels down and not coming to pool until later. Depriving other guests of lounging at pool.|4) Issues with using Laundry. Site says use 50 cent pieces. However now only accepts credit card, yet wouldn't accept mine. When queried at desk receptionist who constantly , annoyingly and insensitively referred to me as "Sweetie" said there was nothing she could do to allow us to access to access service other than to use another card which we didnt have.. Unacceptable that no laundry facilities could be used for our 2 week stay. This is one of mainreasons we chose this hotel!|5) Safe malfunctioned due to battery failing and wouldnt allow us access to our Valueables for a period of over an hour after reporting.|If these issues are addressed would consider visiting again

First time staying here and I highly recommend it,rooms were perfect,the staff excellent especially the lady whom I've forgotten her name but I think it may of began with a V? Guest laundry to use too.I would stay here again

Just returned from a 12 night stay at Sonesta Suites first time to visit here was a bit apprehensive as this is suites and we normally stay at a hotel but as there was a big family we booked 3 suites. Great stay very clean pool was lovely was concerned about the pool because we had read about the shade but it was nothing to worry about. Staff are all very helpful and of course Vanessa and all her front desk colleagues were so friendly and welcoming. Felt very safe here too will definitely be back !

4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom. Great amount of space and well layed out floor plan. Everything was clean updated and in working order. Vanessa at the front desk was fantastic so friendly and even remembered me when I called from the road to request early check in. She is very helpful with questions about the area. Location was great ICON is across the street with bars, restaurant's, and rides. Great location ! Great pool area and warm pool.

It's definitely an unassuming hotel that has suites which makes it great for families. It's in a great location and offers a good stay for low price compared to other hotels in the area. Even with their resort fee they charge in a sneaky way before you check out, it ends up being good pricing. The question now is, will they continue to update the rooms or let it continue to get old. They would get 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the sneaky $17 resort fee for a place that's not a resort. Get it straight, this is just a hotel with suites, albeit better than many on international drive. But if this hotel doesn't get refurbished soon, this rating will definitely go down. Rooms are getting a little stale and old.

I loved this hotel. Perfect to travel with family as it has a kitchen. Perfect location in Orlando. Will most definitely stay here in future trips.
