Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Recent visits are landing softer than earlier ones did. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.4 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, what it costs appears most often — 30% of the corpus, averaging 3.6.
Behind those, pacing is raised in 23% of reviews (4.4 average). The split is 23 positive to 6 negative across 30 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 22 of 30.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (98/100), 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from April 2, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is downward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 80% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

With all the trips to Disney that my family has done, we have never eaten at Space 220. We usually enjoy the food around the countries or the festivals. So, we decided that we would fly into FL and head right to Space 220. The entire experience was fantastic. We were immersed into the space travel. Kingston lead our travel to space and we were seated with an amazing view of the observation windows. His flight was so smooth. Shavonne was our server and this is where the entire experience really took off. She is so warm and friendly and we knew she was going to make our experience truly amazing. The food selection was wonderful and delicious. But, the desserts were "Out of this World!" Space 220 already offers a unique atmosphere, but Shavonne’s attentiveness, personality, and genuine care turned it into something extraordinary. We left feeling like we’d taken a trip, not just had lunch. It was a great way to start our trip . Highly recommend — especially if you’re lucky enough to have Shavonne as your server. Request her...

What a wonderful dining experience! It felt like we transported to another place. The food was awesome. Kat was our server and she made the experience even better. The desserts were very special.

Kat was AMAZING!!! She made sure we were well taken care of during our stay at the Space Station! The elevator to get here was a smooth ride! You could see Planet Earth and astronauts float around from your table. The food was amazing! I greatly recommend the birthday cake gelato, though it may be helpful to know I don't eat cheese cake. I hope you enjoy your trip to space as much as I did!!

My mind is blown by the overwhelming positive reviews. The service and cast members were great! The atmosphere is ok, the coolest part was the elevator but the rest was underwhelming. The food was bland , meat was dry. This was the worst and most expensive meal we had in Disney. So disappointing, Yak & Yeti in AK was fabulous even the Crystal Palace buffet was better. Go to space for the drinks, skip the flavorless food!

Vale a esperiencia de conhecer o local com a qualidade de entreterimento Disney. A comida estava boa, ms nada tao diferente. Nao gostei pelo fato de que tem o Anual Pass, so pode usar para o almoco, isso nao foi dito em lugar algum. Mas recomendo a primeira vez. Obs: so vale para quem tem o ingresso do parque.

The theming here is absolutely brilliant, with the "space elevator" ride up to the Centauri Space Station and the panoramic views of outer space a masterclasses in Disney imagineering. The service was equally sharp, friendly and attentive. However, once the gravity of the eye wateringly expensive prix fix bill hits, along with the drinks cost, the illusion does start to waver. While the food is perfectly fine, the flavors are ultimately average for this exceptionally high price point. Go for a drink instead, soak up the brilliant atmosphere, or keep your culinary expectations firmly down to earth, and your wallet open to the atmosphere.

This was probably one of the most uncomfortable Disney restaurant experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. I ate alone at Space 220 and was trying to enjoy the ambiance but had a server named Alex who kept asking me “Are you ok? Are you not enjoying your experience?” After explaining yes I am fine and just enjoying myself, randomly 3 minutes later a Manager named Taylor showed up to my table while I was trying to eat peacefully. He asked the same exact questions and even knew my name which made me uncomfortable. 5 minutes later, my server came by and asked me the same question again and I told him I didn’t appreciate him sending a Manager over as I was totally fine and just didn’t really wanna talk and enjoy my dinner. After that, 2 more people stopped over asking me the same question. The food was also mediocre. Poor presentation, bland taste and just felt like things were thrown together to get it out the door. I should have been excited to be part of this experience but overall felt like I was dining in a meteor shower. For the price and the lack of service, I recommend dining elsewhere. What a poor experience.

The atmosphere was cool. The server was nice but speed wasn’t its best. The food could’ve been more flavorful in my opinion. The drinks were also not the tastiest.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Space 220 Restaurant. The entire experience was out of this world from start to finish. Our server,, Tee, was incredible — super friendly, knowledgeable, and really made the experience even better. The salmon was hands down the best I’ve ever had. My son is an extremely picky eater, and they went above and beyond to make him a chicken sandwich, which he absolutely loved and couldn’t stop talking about. Truly one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Space 220 was an incredible experience, the food, service and atmosphere were all out of this world (pun intended)! Our server, Tee went out of her way to make sure the experience was incredible and explained the dishes very accurately; additionally she helped create an adult portioned custom version of a child’s dish together fir my picky eater teen son. The restaurant is on the pricey side but both the food and experience are well worth the visit here.

Super stellar place with amazing experience and super food and drinks.

Space 220 was easily one of the most memorable dining experiences from our trip to EPCOT. The experience starts before you even sit down with the immersive pre-show and elevator ride that transports you up to the space station, setting the tone for what’s to come. Once inside, the ambiance is incredible. The massive space-themed screens surrounding the restaurant make it genuinely feel like you’re dining somewhere in a galaxy far away, with views of Earth below and spacecraft floating by throughout the meal. The attention to detail really adds to the overall experience and makes it feel much more than just a restaurant. The food lived up to the atmosphere as well. The Wagyu carpaccio was a great way to start the meal, packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The beef rib was tender and hearty, while the kids steak and fries were a hit with the little ones and cooked perfectly. To make the evening even more special, we were celebrating our anniversary and the staff surprised us with complimentary desserts and a candle to celebrate the occasion. It was a thoughtful touch that made an already memorable experience even better. If you’re visiting EPCOT and looking for a dining experience that’s as much about the atmosphere as it is the food, Space 220 is absolutely worth the reservation.

Kristi, from Winter Park is absolutely amazing!!!! We sat at the bar area and she was so friendly and welcoming. The food was delightful, some of it has been altered a little & the pork belly being our favorite, definitely needs the glaze on it that it used to have because it was a little drier than last time. Overall great drinks and food, but service won us over this time! :)
-
It does not feel like you're in outer space. It feels like you're sitting in a restaurant with a giant low-res CGI videos of outer space projected onto fake windows. The food is worth $20 at most...nowhere NEAR what they charge. Go to the lounge instead. Same experience, half the price.

We had an absolutely incredible dinner at Space 220, and it was all thanks to our outstanding server, Caesar! We were there celebrating my daughter’s birthday, and he went above and beyond to make sure she felt extra special. Caesar paid excellent attention to our table the entire night, effortlessly handling any little challenges that came up with grace and a smile. He truly took every opportunity to make our evening magical. The food and atmosphere were great, but Caesar’s top-tier service is what made this a birthday celebration we will never forget. Thank you, Caesar!

This was a very cool experience for my 3 year old daughter who absolutely loves space and astronomy. She was very absorbed into the illusion. For the adults, I thought the atmosphere was very cool and the service was excellent. Food was likewise very good. It's expensive, but a lot of that cost pays for a very unique dining experience, especially if you have a couple future astronauts in your family.

Shavonne was an incredible waitress, we truly appreciated her attentiveness, quick wit, and humor. We had a great experience at the restaurant!

Shavonne was a great server! She was kind, attentive, and very funny! Will come back again

Amazing experience. The food was great. Will definitely come back

Space 220 was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our waiter, Tim, was absolutely amazing. He made us feel comfortable, took great care of us, and truly made the experience special. The food was delicious, and every dish exceeded our expectations. And don’t even get me started on the chocolate cheesecake it was to die for! One of the best desserts I’ve ever had. Between the atmosphere, the outstanding service, and the amazing food, this is definitely a must-visit when you’re at EPCOT. We can’t wait to come back! 🚀✨🍰

Pleasantly elated by our Lounge experience at Space 220. A truly immersive dining experience beginning at check-in and your transport to the space station where upscale dining meets out of this world menu options.
-
Always a great time at Space 220! Immersive atmosphere and themed menu is out of this world 😆 The rocketship cup makes for a great little souvenir to take home and I highly reccomend the s'mores dessert! (Be aware they did change the prix fixe menu to include an entree and dessert now rather than appetizer and entree but you can still add on sides and appetizers at an additional cost)

Look, it's understandable that you're paying for the atmosphere and experience and that's fine, but at least make an attempt to deliver food that tastes good. The kids both said their cafeteria food at school was better. Our adult meals were mediocre at best. Gummy, barely fried calamari. Pad thai that was of no resemblance to even your basic corner Thai place. This isn't to say not to go, the experience is cool, but if you care about spending $100 per person to not even have your food be school cafeteria level, then yeah, stay away.
-
It was an amazing experience for dinner. It is pricey but well worth it. The food was amazing. The waitress was friendly and very attentive. We had the filet mignon and shrimp tacos. The filet was so tender and juicy. You could cut it with a fork.
-
Shavonne was an amazing server. Cool, calm, funny, resolved any issues we had quickly and with fantastic customer service. Highly recommended. Ask for her if you can!

We were here on June 20, 2026 and everything was wonderful! Unlike most restaurants in Disney where you are rushed in and out, we were able to enjoy our meal and the atmosphere. Manny from Miami was WONDERFUL — he stole the show with his kindness. I look forward to seeing him again next year during marathon weekend and my trip with my mom.

It was my first time coming to the Space220 restaurant. Making the reservation couldn’t have been easier. The “boarding” process was smooth and quick. What made this lunch even better was our spectacular out of this world server Tee from Charlotte, North Carolina. She set the mood right and provided amazing suggestions on food and drinks. She had great space jokes that she would sneak in while talking to us about the menu. If I could choose who was our server every time, it would definitely be Tee every time. Thank you Space220 and especially Tee for making our trip to Epcot out of this word !!! We will definitely be back !
