What diners say — our read

Diners who mention cleanliness here rate it low, yet the kitchen graded A. Reviews mentioning the staff average 3.0 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, how clean the place looks appears most often — 40% of the corpus, averaging 2.5.

More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 6 of 19. Behind those, serving size is raised in 15% of reviews (3.0 average). The split is 8 positive to 8 negative across 19 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle.

That matters because 40% of reviews raise cleanliness and rate it 2.5 on average — a complaint the inspection record does not support, since DBPR graded the kitchen an A (95/100). That result dates from February 25, 2026. That puts it ahead of 61% of graded kitchens in Orange County. What the inspector actually wrote up: dishwashing facilities and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

If how long an order takes is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Do not I repeat do not book with this hotel they make you pay $21 a night for parking highly not recommended. Staff was very rude as well.

Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was very disappointing. Seline was rude and disrespectful during our interaction. She also appeared to smell strongly of alcohol, which was concerning. On top of that, she asked several unnecessary questions that had nothing to do with my stay, making me feel uncomfortable. Customer service should be welcoming and professional, but that was not my experience. I hope management addresses these issues.

    Dirty and old

Missing front desk staff constantly. Horrible breakfast. No amenities. Housekeeping not every day. No restaurants or room service.

Highly disappointed in the lack of transparency and outright misinformation at this property. I booked a pre-confirmed "Park & Fly" package under a Government Rate for my child. To be absolutely certain, I called the hotel TWICE prior to arrival to confirm the logistics. Both times, agents explicitly assured me everything was set and parking was included. When my child arrived to drop off the car, the staff completely reneged. They claimed the Gov Rate excludes parking packages—a restriction never mentioned on my calls—and forced them to scan a QR code and pay an external third-party vendor $190 out-of-pocket on the spot just to avoid being towed before their flight. To resolve the mess created by their front desk, I had to burn 34,000 Bonvoy points for a last-minute replacement stay. As a Gold Elite member and Business cardholder, I expect a brand like Marriott to honor the verbal agreements made by their staff. Total service failure and at worst a bait-and-switch at best poorly trained staff. Avoid this property if you are trying to utilize a Park & Fly package.

First, five stars to this staff at the front desk who were very helpful. I've stayed in hundreds of Marriotts over the past 20 years (Gold & Platinum member) and this may be one of the worst in terms of the look and feel of a Marriott. I had to switch rooms three times due to the overly perfumed smell coming out of the air conditioner, and a loud buzzing noise coming from an ice machine. The room itself was clean, but it was dated and worn out. If you look at the hotel there are signs of wear everywhere, on the walls, on the old furniture, dust coated refrigerator tops, etc. I also had to pay $42 for two nights of parking. I don't recall ever having to pay for parking at a Springhill Suites chain before. Also, had to pay $3 for small Fiji water bottles in room, I wasn't offered bottled water at the desk. Overall, I would not stay here again. This hotel needs some serious investment, and not from penny pinching the customers.

We don't know who's bright idea was to put the TV where they did but it's not in a very good spot.

A great place to stay for a large family group. We had adjoining suites. The kids loved the pool. Nice breakfast. And the service was stellar. They stored our bags until the rooms were ready. They have a stuttle bus to the airport. I highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and this hotel exceeded my expectations especially with the kindness of Galina at front desk who has been extremely helpful, understanding and kind to our toddler (thank you for the duck). Beautiful stay before taking a long haul flight back to Europe (excellent breakfast and useful free shuttle to airport).

As non US citizens using public WiFi and cellular data roaming enquiring about the shuttle service from the airport would have been more convenient if a WhatsApp number was available. The hotel is conveniently located with many dining options in walking distance. With the coffee supplied in the room we would have preferred milk pods instead of the milk powder provided.

Very dirty and dated. Pluses were breakfast included and close to airport, but very unimpressed with the cleanliness and overall condition of Hotel.

  • April 13, 2026

    Parking per night $20

  • April 10, 2026

Started from the get go. Call at 7:58 pm and was told to wait at A44. Called again twice and was told that the shuttle will be getting me in 5 minutes. Now 9:15 pm and shuttle is now here. Real time review. No acceptable after long days of travel. Should have taken an Uber.

I recently stayed at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Orlando Airport location before an early-morning flight, my first stay within the SpringHill Suites brand, and I cannot say I was particularly impressed with this property. On the positive side, check-in was quick, even at night. The 24-Hour airport shuttle is also very helpful- it got me to the airport promptly at 2:30 AM, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is well-located, and close to not only the airport, but also to a variety of shops, restaurants, and even a movie theater. Unfortunately, the upkeep within the room was not to the level I would’ve liked to see at a property within the Marriott portfolio. Upon opening the room door, you are greeted by a small fixture with a microwave. The microwave, however, was filthy, with dried food residue caked on the rotating plate portion. To the side of that is a sofa bed, which looked in solid shape, as well as a desk. I noticed that the desk surface was slightly chipped, and the lamp had spots that would’ve been remarkably easy to remove. The TV stand was also heavily chipped, and just not solid presentation overall. On the mattress- which was comfortable and (mostly) clean, was one weird black mark under the sheets. Lastly, the bathroom presented some discomfort as well, with walls partially stained red, a messy interior of the toilet, a very scuffed-up shower head, and more chipped paint on the edges of the wall. The bathtub also didn’t fill up particularly quickly.…
