My family went here but noticed that the room is dirty, blinds are broken, and there are bugs. The security (bigger built, reddish brownish hair, wears glasses) is very rude and condescending. He said that if we are being picky, just go to Disney or Universal because apparently, ALL HOTELS IN THE AREA HAVE BED BUGS. 🥲

My son rented a room from this hotel the pictures that they advertise on their site are nothing like what we stayed in. The pictures make it look like a 5 Star hotel this is more of a 2 star I gave it 2 stars because the host was friendly…The people at at the front desk were also polite… The host on the Airbnb that we rented from was very accommodating in getting us moved quickly when our AC went out in the first room they got us into a new room right away. The second room the AC worked well but every morning we were waking up to bugs everywhere I had laid an ice pack down on the bathroom counter when I picked it up to move it the next morning several bugs scrambled out from underneath it. I know Florida has a lot of bugs but the first room we didn’t see any bugs…posted some pictures below… the carpets were dirty as well as the furniture this place has definitely seen it’s better days…

We recently stayed here for 5 nights when we were visiting Disney and Universal parks in Orlando. We actually booked a suite via AirBnB and were allotted a suite on the 4th floor. We had a pleasant stay here. Everything was as per the pictures advertised. Room was clean, living area was big. Bathrooms were squeaky clean. Great views towards the Landy Hotel. Timely housekeeping, helpful front desk. Small but nice pool with a basketball court. Sufficient parking. We felt safe all the time. The universal parks are all within 2 miles from this property while Disney is about 25 minutes drive. I will be back at the same place if I return to Orlando. And will refer the same to my friends. Note: it’s on the I drive and close to perhaps everything from food to stores to the nearest Walmart.

Un lugar muy bien ubicado a precios razonables. Es un lugar antiguo y que le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero vale la pena por el precio

O quarto era espaçoso. Porém sujo, as janelas sem visibilidade, o ar condicionado não era limpo e o cheiro de mofo insuportável. Não recomendo. Apesar da localização ser expendida, da medo, a porta era arrombada com troca de fechadura recente para automática. Não gostei. Fiz reserva pela booking e chegando lá deu problema, me passaram para a administradora e não tive suporte da booking para resolver, na recepção não puderam ajudaram em nada pois era locação a parte. A booking não colocou o verdadeiro nome do edifício na hora de alugar. Não recomendo.

If you try to use Air B N B and rent from Giovanni for room 414, don’t bother. It’s unclean, disgusting and he refuses to refund me for days I will not be spending here. This place is so disgusting, from the initial walk in its dirty the carpets smell, the literally wreak of trying to cover up some sort of smell and it’s so potent you smell it in your room as well. In our room I found pubic hairs on the toilet , hairs all over the unit, crumbs and someone’s BROKEN TOE NAIL. Absolutely a disgusting place, it’s not worth the stay at all and Giovanni is a horrible host who refuses to do anything.

Showed up at the hotel and was told they do not have my reservation. The staff then told me it’s not their problem and sent my family to the streets. Do not stay here, like other reviews this happens a lot. They’re scammers.

They have a raccoon. It took my shoe and shirt despite us banging chairs on the floor and shouting to try and deter it. On approaching hotel staff they were very much of the opinion there is nothing they can do. This raccoon obviously lives here as was at the pool area every night. Do not come here with children, and do not leave clothes or food unattended in outdoor spaces here.

É bem 3 estrelas. O atendimento é direto --- para alguns pode ser até rude ---, os quartos são simples, com utensilios de cozinha básicos (tem fogão, mas não tem forma). A limpeza é mais ou menos (precisamos arredar um móvel, pois caiu algo atŕas dele, e tinha um pão velho), inclusive não há troca de toalhas/roupas de cama/lixo, a não ser que vc pague extra. Caso queira encomendar algo, pagará 5 dólares por pacote. A sala de jogos que eles afirmam ter é pequena demais e as máquinas dão choque KKKK A lavanderia é mais velha do que andar para frente, havendo necessidade de chamar técnicos na hora do uso (pago tb).

La cocina lenta y falta menaje

We are a family of 5, we had a wonderful stay. The bedroom is large and has its own tv. The beds are very comfortable. The sofa bed in the living room is very sturdy, so much so that it was difficult to open. The mattress was a bit hard, but we didn't notice because we fell straight asleep after walking around the parks all day. Room service was wonderful, Tracey was just excellent, so friendly, helpful and with great tips for getting around Orlando. Our only complaint would be the wifi, which was was either slow or impossible to connect to. All in all, this is a great hotel. The location is perfect for easy access to International drive and public transport. If we return to Orlando it will be to this hotel

Buyer Beware! Running a scam, made reservation on Dec 12 for the builders show dates for $88 per night. Sent me a email canceling my reservation on Jan 13. When I called to rebook the same day they did not answer the phone and left the phone off the hook. Called the next day and they said they can rebook for 140 a night. Said she would have a manager call they never did! called back later that day and now they have no rooms. They found out the builders show was coming to town and decided to cash in. #visitorlando #ibs2026 #OCCC #staysky

I booked a room here and received a confirmation email. All was well, a week later I received a random cancellation email (not cancelled by me). I called the hotel and they claimed my card was declined so they canceled it (aside from a technical glitch on their end, my card could not have been declined and there is no record of an issue from my bank). I called back immediately only to be told that I would need to rebook on the website, fine, I go to rebook and all the rooms are sold out. Coincidence? I think not, they overbooked their rooms and needed to kick someone out so they used a declined card as an excuse. If my card truly did decline, I should have been able to rebook my same room. ||They did not attempt to contact me and speaking with them over the phone lead nowhere, they were unbothered and unwilling to help in any way. ||Do not book here, find somewhere else that will maintain your booking.
