Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The reviews here disagree with each other more than they disagree with the grade. Reviewers who mention how guests are treated rate this place 4.5 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. Speed of service follows at 36% of reviews, where ratings average 3.6.
The split is 11 positive to 2 negative across 14 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 8 of the 14 reviewers who rated. A third strand, freshness and temperature, appears in 29% of them at 4.3 stars.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. That inspection was on January 30, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 80% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. Among the items recorded were nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Good and fast. Order was correct. Line moved quickly and workers were polite.

Overall it was a pretty good experience I only went through drive-thru but the cashier was very friendly and outgoing. The food itself was good enough to get me to come back and try it. But it wasn't what I was hoping for. The freeze seemed like they've been sitting out for 10-15 minutes and my burger it's weird. The lettuce and the Tomato seemed weirdly tough to chew through to the point where I actually just removed both of them. I asked for mustard and never got any. Personally for a double burger itself was very bread heavy. I remove the tomato with the lettuce and the bun and the burger itself was delicious. Admittedly it wasn't the hottest but the flavor was there. The fries and the tater tots we're about the same they weren't hot and fresh but they were flavorful. I also got a chili and I have nothing to blame their other than I just don't think it's my style. But I will be back hopefully have fresher fries and burger and give you guys a five star.

Delicious 😋

The place was empty. The cooks were busy at work. I had a kid's steak burger meal with an apple squeeze pouch. The burger was great.

Tater tots are amazing, burgers, onion rings are excellent. Service is second to non!

Edit. Its worse they actually closed at 530 pm bc they didnt have staff with a resturant full of ppl. Shakes were half filled and rhen filled with whip cream. were so much better when they first changed after covid. It was really clean food was fresh, and just lately not sure what happened even bathrooms were dirty. No soap in 3 dispensers in womens bathroom. Looked dirty in dining room. My order was placed online , said 6 to 11 minutes and it's already been 20. Not one person said hello greeted me or ask if they could help me. Even when manager dropped a to go order didn't acknowledge my presence. After 25 minutes the dining room lady said how can I help you. My food was ready the entire time.

Do you remember the 'Scenes from a Work-au-rant' commercials? If not, you can find everything in those commercials in your local Steak n Shake.
